Thank you for your perspective and honesty with having a negative opinion toward other surf craft. It’s refreshing to hear because like it or not most of us have our own bias. The main thing is to be open minded and try new things. I’m the same way, and I have my own bias’ too. Main thing u woke 😂 and experiencing the new. Worst thing is to be the old curmudgeon. Usually see that in the old longboarders 😣 too afraid to try something new… awesome video and thank you, can’t wait to try the downwind foil…. 🤙🏽🤙🏽

Interesting to look back 2 years now and see how much has changed in boards especially.

It hard to get back on a foil when you went downwind ... but I have to try foiling soon

Ive heard this is very hard but very rewarding, and that’s from some accomplished waterman. Is that a Lift 170 HA foil you’re using?

      Interested to the same 👍

@@Windsurfing-Steve many sizes just want something higher aspect. depends on conditions but most ride bigger high-aspect wings unless experienced and better conditions then can ride smaller wings.

where's the wingsuits for downwind foiling? has no one thought of this yet!? I got a 6'4" 130L starboard to learn on and I'm 100 kg, I don't see many people with such a long board, is it doable?
