This was pretty cool to watch. It's always fun to see how other organizations do certain things. Marines enter rooms much differently, but certain themes remain the same.
Jacob Bode I get what you're saying, but think about it. He was firing somewhat live ammunition across his friends. Sometimes it takes some douchebaggery to make sure he doesn't do it again.
Probably making sure the charging handle was all the way forward, not realizing the charging handle isn't attached to the bolt. Or he does have experience with AR's, since mine will sometimes stay slightly back if I ride it forward on a chamber check, tapping it all the way forward will let my bolt go home. Also if the charging handle doesn't seat, it will start flopping around, and when firing, will slam back against your nose.
Some [people get confused I guess, cos a lot of firearms don't have a separate thing to hit for a forward assist so they FA by hitting the bolt. That's how it worked on the l96 ive used
I was a Marine and I went to AFG and I did what people told me (for the most part) as long as it was intelligent and would probably save someones life. I was also a Combat marksmanship instructor so naturally I got frustrated. But honestly i would have loved to be there and see you guys in action! NODE rules and i never miss a video! Keep it up guys!

The squeeze is used because it is unmistakable. In tight CQB environments when you are loaded up with gear in small spaces, it is easy to bump into shoulders. That might give a mixed signal if your go signal is a hand on a shoulder. Since nothing squeezes by accident partnered with it being a very unique feeling, its used as a universal sign.
Pinkaugust I suggest you use flashbangs. This is really one of the games where you are forced to search and use everything to your advantage, because most of the time the enemy has the advantage on you (And you can really tell). If the game was easier, it would just be a cod or bf rip-off. There was also plenty of times where I had sights on enemies' limbs but they didn't see me, so I'm guessing that's what happened to you.
Agreed, hell, I've used some of this playing paintball, the leg squeeze was actually effective and made no one uncomfortable and helped us know when each member was ready to move, for the record I was playing Milsim when using these tactics
Agreed. If you're in a situation like they were, where your team is between you and a hostile, you call it out so they can get them. Keep in mind that I am in no way an expert but my friends and I have done objectives in airsoft similar to what theirs was in this video. Not the same level of risk but the same idea.
1-It's SWAT training which means life or death. He corrected the guy because he shot across his buddies which is basically almost hitting them. 2-They hid their faces so you wouldn't know where they are when they are walking down the street and they most likely asked for it 3-go kick rocks. This is awesome video guys
I have a question about hallway SWAT tactics. If you send 4 people down a hallway bunched together, and the guy you're after lobs a grenade into the hallway ( already cooked so even attempting to pick it up and toss it back wouldn't help much ) wouldn't their formation ensure that all 4 of them die? You're right on each others ass, it's not like there's much room to move around. Grenade is already cooked, you have like a second and a half to figure out how you're going to react to the explosive that just landed near you and your entire team. I don't know, I just feel like a truly dangerous person would be able to efficiently kill "4 birds with one stone" when they stack up like that.
duwiDota the man who has point is able to engage any movement infront, and his men have clear sight as well, plus there is a room right next to them the can enter that room and clear it if a grenade does happen to be in play (which i highly doubt that in a police scenario) but i understand what you mean, also remember the man on the rear has eyes on their six so they have one man front on man back. if a dude were to be pop out and throw a frag the man in the rear or the man in front has to kick that grenade while his men move into a room for cover. that what i think would take place man but i understand your thought behind it but these tactics work great
i completely agree with you, in conjunction with recon, and multiple breaching points these work great in hostage rescue, when the enemy has been sitting for a while , and isn't expecting an immediate attack. BUT, using this system in a target room that is ready for an assault, such as in urban warfare, or once the first room is breeched, this system will cause many casualties to the SWAT team.
***** Well to make a long story short (in my playthrough at least); bugs. If Assassin's Creed Unity had a bug problem, then TakeDown had an infestation! Literally, every single enemy in the map had an aimbot. They would fire exactly one or two shots and they end up hitting me in the head. It was as if they could see through walls and just had their guns pointed at my head throughout the entire game (even though the majority of times, it seemed the opposite). I figured that it was just the AI being incredibly lucky and skilled, so I decided to let it slide. But then, I encountered a glitch where some bad guy had his gun sticking out of the wall. Glitches like these are common in FPS's (especially when they're new), so I gave out a little chuckle. A microsecond after relieving that chuckle, I see the flash of his rifle going off and next thing you know, I'm dead. This guy shot right through the wall and killed me even though he was literally on the other side of the room. Who knew that terrorists had wall-morphing technology eh? What did it for me though was when some guy was facing sideways and he ended up (while shooting sideways mind you) killing me. His bullets defied gravity and broke every single rule in physics and homed in on my location with pin-point accuracy... It's like having a friend shoot a nerf gun in your forward direction, and next thing you know, it hits you in the head from the other side of the planet. I could care less that my character was moving slower than molasses. I could care less that every weapon in the game sounded exactly the same and had no real difference or feel to them. I could care less that the friendly AI is just as useful as a box of used latex gloves with MP5's. But that right there son, was the final nail in the coffin for me. Oh yeah, and the gameplay sucked. You'd be better off playing the classics like the original Rainbow Six, the original Ghost Recon, or RB6 Vegas on the hardest difficulty.
Well they say the total weight of the internet is approximately the weight of a strawberry. Now I'm no scientist, but using the glitches I encountered, plus all the glitches that I've seen and heard from other playthroughs, I hypothesis that the weight would be the equivalent to that of a watermelon.
The problem isn't their hands. I know this is just light training, but in reality, they'd transition to their weak side. They can't switch places if it means crossing in front of the door and entering the fatal funnel, open or closed.
zgSHADOW or just have the guy who is left handed go on the right side in the first place. nobody said he had to go left then right. And in real life they would NOT switch to there weak arms. they would shoulder the weapon on the other side but keep there normal grip. drr
WaterWorldPlanet Completely wrong, Shadow was bang on when he said they'd switch to their weak side, same goes for if you are shooting around a corner, if it's a left corner you switch your weapon to the left side....
I'M FUCKING PISSED MY FUCKING PS4 CONTROLLER BROKE I WENT THROUGH HELL WITH THAT THING IT WAS MY BEST FUCKING FRIEND WHY THE FUCK WOULD I THROW IT ON THE GROUND I AM A FUCKING RETARDED PIECE OF SHIT THAT SHOULD ROT ON THIS EARTH WITH NO ONE TO LOVE! MY LIFE IS FUCKING RUINED THAT PS4 CONTROLLER HAD A CONNECTION. I LOVE IT. IT HASN'T BROKEN ALL THE WAY, AND I'LL PUSH IT TO THE GOD DAMN HIGHEST UNTIL IT FUCKING CATCHES FIRE.
These tactics do work. As they said it's just the tip of the ice berg. Sure entering through a door is one of the more dangerous roles but there are methods and tools to reduce that danger. Those flashbangs were simulated. The real thing is more powerful. Let's not forget the even more powerful breaching charge. There are also ways of finding out what's behind a door before you go through. That's what the scout role in a S.W.A.T. element (team) is for. Doesn't hurt that they have shields too.

For those complaining about the instructor's attitude towards the end, his main objective is to save lives. If a person does something that jeopardizes the safety of others, then it's no laughing matter. Yes, I know it was a simulation, but if you are going to treat it seriously, then tough love is going to happen.
Oh god that was such good words.
"If you're not making mistakes you're not training enough"
Saving that one.
I had to rewatch that as I thought I did not hear that correctly
Node: We're pretty awesome.
Instructor: What the fuck was that?
The guy with the beard slammed Sam on his face at 13:54
This was pretty cool to watch. It's always fun to see how other organizations do certain things. Marines enter rooms much differently, but certain themes remain the same.
Love the epic beard SWAT guy.
Just no shits given.
The old swat guy was hilarious
Yheaaa that true
+Diego Bunuel Reminds me of Dusty for Modern Era Medal Of Honor.
13:55 you can see Sam's pride go straight down the drain. XD
that guy was kind of a dick about it tho
+Jacob Bode Well if you think about it, it was a pretty dangerous move so I don't blame him.
+Avery Creel but the guy could've been a lot nicer about it instead of acting like a complete douche bag
Jacob Bode
I get what you're saying, but think about it. He was firing somewhat live ammunition across his friends. Sometimes it takes some douchebaggery to make sure he doesn't do it again.
Avery Creel Yeah you right
Is it just me or does D look badass whenever he does anything?
True haha
+DoubleGun Gaming Asians.
DoubleGun Gaming yes it's not just you
He dose
DoubleGun Gaming brushes his teeth tactically
2:28 "We're gonna fill that orphanage up"
I like how D hit the wrong side of the gun for the forward assist every time and none of the instructors corrected him haha
I don't think it matters what side you hit.
it kinda matters when the forward assist is only on the right side
Probably making sure the charging handle was all the way forward, not realizing the charging handle isn't attached to the bolt. "Just don't call him Dead at the end of this." lmao
Clint put the hostage in his pocket
I'd like to see the real swat guys do this. I know they wouldn't let you see but it would be cool to see.
Take some hostages, make a bomb or something then
LMFAO 13:29 "what do you got right behind you?""OH SHIT"

I guess you can say.... They got the medal of bonor.... No? Ok...
Lol
Lol
XD
I know you guys were just having fun and all but you guys really look like nerds around those real tactical fighters
real tactical fighters you sound like a nerd you mean swat members
D is the only guy who seemed to fit in, he could’ve been a cop.
id like to point out that the other police officer checked at 9:30 xD
1:10 hey look it's blackbeard
"ON THE WALL WE GOT A HOSTAGE" BANG BANG BANG BANG

JOHN CENA
Holy crap that was awesome. I wish they do this kind of stuff in my country, would be EPIC if they do.
Am I the only one who likes Takedown: Red Sabre
no i like it
Yeah, so sad though. It had such a good dev team and ideas, but It didn't go down good.
Apart from your suicidal ai teamates. I think the reason takedown supposedly "sucked" is because it was too much of a challenge for some people.
Pinkaugust Sort of. I would flash the areas that are extremely likely to have enemmies in it. Or flash the area where you were killed.
by far one of the best man parties thus far
5:54 idk what they're trying to block because I can see his whole face.
This is 505 Games, and we fully support Tac Jammers. Hi Michele! Can't wait for the FortPlay video!
Did doorkickers get an update?
Billy Mays idk
I like how d doesn’t actually hit the forward assist but instead just smacks the charging handle 😂
You guys NEED to play Rainbow Six Siege when it comes out!
Agreed, hell, I've used some of this playing paintball, the leg squeeze was actually effective and made no one uncomfortable and helped us know when each member was ready to move, for the record I was playing Milsim when using these tactics
Shit, we're pinned down! TACTICAL BONER, ACTIVATE!!!
Wow I'm learning more than most airsoft/CQB demonstration videos!
too bad the game turned out to be shit.
which is why we play rainbow six
+Scarlet Servant wich is better....but far from good.....
Scarlet Servant yep
I like the head guy, very chill sounding guy
yeah too bad cause takedown was 505's worst game
***** yep
What was bad about it? It was fine to me.
Actually, 505 made a Cricket game (the sport) that was so bad Steam had to remove it from sale and give refunds to everyone who bought it.
That's really funny honestly.
Yup, Chappy is awesome!
Gotta agree with Beardy Swat.
Sam shooting across all his teammates is kind of a dick move. Thats a pretty high friendly fire risk.
Agreed. If you're in a situation like they were, where your team is between you and a hostile, you call it out so they can get them. Keep in mind that I am in no way an expert but my friends and I have done objectives in airsoft similar to what theirs was in this video. Not the same level of risk but the same idea.

3-go kick rocks. This is awesome video guys
^_^ I love these guys. The team name is epic.
4:35 THE MIKE MAN ALWAYS STAYS TRUE!!
If only Takedown: Redsaber didn't blow.
That blurring was so effective
6:19 that is so fucking cute omfg
Oh my god, those slow motion shots were so bad ass.
I have a question about hallway SWAT tactics.

If that were to happen one member would most likely throw his body over it to shield the blast
Lord SkyCake Lol.
That's not funny...
even trained terrorists know better than to "cook" a grenade. If you can even aquire a grenade in the first place.
i completely agree with you, in conjunction with recon, and multiple breaching points these work great in hostage rescue, when the enemy has been sitting for a while , and isn't expecting an immediate attack.

so thats what they spent all the money on, rather than making a good game
When they slow down the shots at the firing range it totally reminds me of fallout when you use VATS xD
Now we have rainbow 6 siege
It's been 5 1/2 years, and I just noticed that D was tapping the charging handle instead of the forward assist this whole time
Takedown... What a piece of crap. If only steam gave refunds -_-

Will Richard If you could go to jail for that, every person who uploads videos of torrents would be arrested.
they're probably good at it because they do so many videos and games with this kind of stuff
9:30 "F@#$ that shit i'm out"
I actually learned something from this.
9:27 Holy shit that was awkward
A man's boner is the ultimate nod to respect.
I think you're right on that one. Good eye!
What was the point of blurring that guys face out if they clearly show it at 6:35?
Different people. Some may have asked not to be shown because police hate or other risks. Thats just my guess tho.
what i wouldn't give to join you guys.... you guys do the coolest stuff!!
12:38 why would you ever have a left-handed person coming in from the left when there are plenty of right-handed people around?
The problem isn't their hands. I know this is just light training, but in reality, they'd transition to their weak side. They can't switch places if it means crossing in front of the door and entering the fatal funnel, open or closed.

WaterWorldPlanet yup that's how swat and regular police work. Switch to off hand always.
WaterWorldPlanet transitioning shoulders is one of the key elements for training lol
Slow mo and music on 7:00 is so EPIC !!!
Takedown: Red Sabre is the epidemy of shitty games.
Shadow800884 Sorry ;(
jamesthemacgeek Even Swat 4 is better than this :)
+Steve C thats becuase swat 4 is actually decent game, its just old
I've always wanted to do something like this.
That... That was something. Not very good, but something. (They all died horribly. Even in a video game they would have died.)
Dude, I have got to get myself into one of those tactical training 'exhibitions' Q.Q
You truly are a saint! :D
Cool story bro.
Buy a new one
what the actual fuck...
So jealous! Looks so fun!
that bold guy with the beard was kinda mean at the end
he was making a good point, sam could have seriously injured someone if they tripped or moved
Logan Bug the man I most likely used to training real swat members so he needs to be mean because people's lives could be at risk
You guys always get to do the coolest of things!
Then they never played the game...
Glad you guys stick to making videos.
I cant figure out how to like a comment or view a comment that has been replied to.
Well, that was badass...
So much pressure! Great job, guys.
this is awesome i want to do this so bad this is a amazing video guys!!!!!!
that trainer with the beard needs his own web series....you guys need to make that happen.
I can’t believe that jake’s been around the whole time and i just started noticing him a year or 2 ago on the sam and niko channel.
I think the instructor with the big beard was awesome... anyone else agree?
This will help me in the future, hopefully.
Thats was pretty cool, good vid guys.
Ah, thanks :)
I wasn't paying too much attention to details

I love the beard guy saying "wtf was that?"
Wow this Is good!! I want to attend something like this too!!!
I like this longer episode of LAN party, you should continue to have 12 minute or more episodes
He's proving a very good point. You never shoot across your teammates like that when there is a potential to friendly fire your buddy. You may think he was being harsh, but they won't make the same mistake again.
The Flight of the Valkyries
that was awesome guys!

You guys read my mind on the March of the Bumblebees
this looks like fun!
2:37 the California republic has started, quick everyone to the vaults!
the guy with the beard is a legend xD
From now on, when I'm telling someone I'm going to get dressed, i'm gonna say "I'm gonna get suited and booted"
Clint is awesome
This was awesome
