      Thanks- I really wanted to just give the facts- no extra stuff. Give you the info you need if you're visiting Acadia.

    Another beautiful national park. I have been there a couple times. By the way you are incorrect about Cadillac Mountain. It is NOT the tallest Mount Washington in New Hampshire is.

    We are heading there mid April. Will all that you mentioned in the video be open?

      You'll need to check with the Park Service. Some roads may still be closed if there's any snow on the ground, but you shouldn't have a problem getting round to most places. Many businesses don't open until the Memorial Day weekend, so things will definitely be a lot quieter. There's a reservation system in place for driving up Cadillac Mountain now, but you won't have to deal with it if you're going in April.

    How ideal is Acadia for stargazing, can you see lots of stars? I love stargazing, I’m planning to go this summer.

      Hey Adrian, Acadia is the perfect place to do stargazing. There's a Dark Sky festival in August or September and lots of photographers flock to Acadia to shoot the Milky Way- I shot a lot of the MW along the coast and inland this past year. You could be lucky and see the aurora borealis too- though that's not too common.

      @@MichaelHudsonPhotography awesome! how about for June and July? Is it possible to spot the milky way during those two months?

      Yeah, you should get some great views of it, and if it's a clear and moonless night, you'll see a million stars.

    I noticed 2 flashes of Jessup Trail, (thank gahd you professionals never mention Wonderland, Little Long Pond and the Land and Garden Reserve, Great Head Trail, and the Valley Trail because we really don't want the Jordan Pond crowds there)

    Mt. Washington is the tallest one the east coast

      @MichaelHudsonPhotography  3 года назад +1

      Technically, but Mount Washington is nowhere near the coast; it's 100 miles by car or 70 miles as the crow flies. Cadillac is right on the coast- its slopes end in the ocean.

    John 3:16-2116 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.
