Great review. Yeah I really think you'd like the Hendyamps Pollock. It has some very interesting features that are super useful in the mastering chain.

Thanks! I did this one upon your request, I should have mentioned that in the video!
Yeah, I've been eyeing that Pollock up for years. Looks good, demos sound fantastic. I've been looking over at the Gainlab Governor as well...the feature set is pretty cool and I also like how those demos are sounding online. Tons of cool optos out there.
Speaking of which, I also forgot the Avalon 2044, Millennia TCL-2, Manley ELOP, Buzz SOC-M, Al.so Dynax 2, Heritage Tubessor, Gyraf G24...and so many more I'm sure haha

@transparentmastering oh wow. Thanks a million. The L2M seems like an amazing tool. The Governor seems really cool as well . Amazing metering.. I prefer a mix knob on my comps but maybe it doesn't need one. Lol. 👍🏽

Do you have the tube or solid state power supply?

I have the solid state one. Good question! It would be so interesting to compare audio clips with the two PSU's but I wouldn't hold my breath on that video haha

@transparentmastering It's what I have as well! I was considering the tube power supply but I would have liked to hear it first 😅

You never hear about this unit anymore

Which is puzzling to me! However, the website throws security errors, which I'm SURE would dissuade many people from looking further. I tried emailing Danny about it a year or two ago but didn't hear back - also not encouraging more business.
