I love KoF 13 with all my heart, but i dont watch high level gameplay very often. I watch a lot of KoF 2002 content like tournaments and top players matches. In 2002, Iori is one of the top tiers alongside Kim. He has really fast and overall good normals, a really good special that can go into more damage if you land it and spend a bar, but the most scary thing about him is that command grab that leads into full combo with 3 bars (70~80%). I cannot believe that, after soooo many KoF games, his command grab still leads to full combo in XIII and XIV x'D Oh, god. Idk if he still has the command grab in KoF XV, but i will laugh so much if it leads to full combo
He still has his command grab in xv and it does still lead to a full combo. However damage is scaled after this command grab. With ex command grab and 2 more bars he can do about 50% and still gain about .5 bar back afterwards.
