- Hey guys, welcome to my RUclips channel! I'm about to take you through a review and sound demo of the BEST SOUNDING HARLEY Davidson EXHAUST ...PERIOD!!! And it's all thanks to the phenomenal Khrome Werks @khromewerks6403!
If you're the proud owner of a Harley FLHT, FLHR, FLHX, FLTRX, FLTRU, or FLTRK from 2017 to 2023, prepare to be blown away. Today, I'm introducing you to the Khrome Werks 2-2 3-Step Dominator Exhaust, complete with the jaw-dropping Eclipse CVO style finish.
The Khrome Werks Dominator Exhaust. Get ready for a motorcycle transformation that will leave you speechless. This isn't just an exhaust system; it's a symphony of power and sound that will redefine your Harley experience.
Performance is where it all begins, and the Dominator Exhaust doesn't disappoint. With enlarged interconnected headers, your horsepower and low-end torque will skyrocket, delivering unmatched performance whether you're cruising the open road or conquering winding curves. The thrill of the ride just got a massive upgrade!
But what truly sets this exhaust apart is its signature sound - and trust me, it's the BEST SOUNDING HARLEY Davidson EXHAUST ...PERIOD!!! Prepare to be mesmerized by the deep, rich, and mellow tones that will emanate from your bike. It's music to your ears, and it's all thanks to those removable baffles expertly wrapped in stainless steel wool and high-temp fiberglass. Plus, the Eclipse finish adds a touch of elegance that'll make your ride stand out in any crowd.
Now, let's get technical. Those 16-gauge primaries, ranging from 1-3/4 to 1-7/8 to 2 inches in a 3-step design, ensure that exhaust flow is optimized to perfection. Spherical port caps guarantee a rock-solid seal, and you get not one but both 18mm and 12mm O2 bungs, ensuring compatibility across various Harley models. The interconnected headers work their magic to maximize torque, and the full 2.00" left-side crossover is all about that maximum flow. Installation is a breeze thanks to the dual P-Clamp mounting system, designed to give the system the freedom to expand.
And let's not forget the mufflers - these 4 ½ inch muffler bodies sport 2-inch inlets and exude pure sophistication. With aluminum billet tips featuring a heat-resistant black finish and a high-flow perforated baffle inside, they're not just eye candy; they're all about unleashing that torque. The combination of stainless steel and high-temp fiberglass baffle wrap ensures durability that can handle anything the road throws at it.
So, if you're ready to elevate your Harley Davidson Road Glide Limited to legendary status in terms of performance and sound, the Khrome Werks 2-2 3-Step Dominator Exhaust with Eclipse CVO style finish is your golden ticket. Sounds good 👌🏾. That’s what I have Krome Werks 4.5
Thanks!
This is literally what I was looking for! Wanted a nice sounding exhaust without telling everyone in a 4 mile radius that I have a small weener
Thanks for watching! I think you will be very happy with them.
6:11 to hear the awesomeness!
I love mine. when I saw your video in that parking lot, I knew right away where you were at. I live down 130 from there. Be safe on the road.
Nice! They really need to do something with the place soon. Glad to hear my local people like the pipe just as I do ;-)
Now that is really sounding like a nice bike congrats
Thanks I’m really happy the way the bikes coming along.
They look and sounds great
Thanks we need to meet up in the spring so you can hear them in person.
Great sound!
Thanks bro! And thanks for being you !
Sounds awesome! 🔥🔥🔥
Thanks, I'm loving them
Good sound! Just finished putting some Khrome Werks on my new RG as well. Just did slip-ons for now.
Nice! What style did you get?
@@BryTheBiker I got the 4-1/2" Edge in black.
oh man - you gotta have a talk with your neighbor and that barking dog. lol
Right? Last time I use my shotgun mic as that dog ruined my video lol
Yeah those sound really good. I just got a set of tab bam sticks zombie baffles for my 21' road king
Nice!
Sounds great!
Thanks
Sounds fantastic
Thanks! I am very happy with them.
As a Harley Davidson dealership for 65 years by far Khrome Werks company was the best . Never a question about what might be wrong they just replaced it .
Same experience as well. So rare to find service like that anymore.
They sound great.
Thanks I love them! And they are the same finish as the ones that are on the new CVO
That's the sound I like. 👍👏
Same, really like the deep tone
Sounds good Bry 🤘🏻
Thanks very happy with them
That’s a good looking and good sounding Road Glide! Love that Billiard Red and Vivid Black! Those Khrom Werks sound awesome!
Thank you! I really love that two combination a lot. And then pipes give that a bit more pop too.
@@BryTheBiker Full disclosure. I may be a little biased. I have a 2020 Road Glide Limited that color scheme. 😀😀😀
Good Video A+ Grading
Thank you so much for watching.
Nice sound
Thanks I’m very happy
Sounds good. I have them on my CVO Ultra with the performance inserts. Not quite as loud as yours, but I didn't want to loose any torque. Enjoy
I can understand that. I was going to do that but when I heard them with out it I feel in love.
Would you feel comfortable being a good neighbor leaving at 5am with the performance baffles? Researching to find a balance
@@f86sabjf I think I would.. Of course it's all a matter of opinion.. Enjoy
I like the chrome work exhaust.
Both the slip on pipes and the full system are great
Just so I understand, you are running with No baffles? I’ve just ordered my KW exhaust and I’m now wondering what, if any, baffles come as standard? BTW I love the sound your getting👍🏻👍🏻. (I’m ditching my Rinehart Slimline set-up for hopefully a better Bark!) Thanks
I am running the stick baffles. They one I showed slides in inside the stock baffle if that makes any sense. It is very confusing for sure.
They sound even better in person!
Thanks for being my stunt rider :-)
@@BryTheBiker 😞 We have to get together and do an extended cut.😄
Have the 4.5 "with performance baffles 2n2 off my VH true duals that came on the bike the decel when down shifting is crazy like the mack truck engine braking.. u may need to upgrade the stereo but for the most part u can still here it..
Wild
Hi great material very nice mounted ;)
Thanks 🙏
I'm bummed they don't make a 2 into 1 for my Evo Sporty. Awesome video Bry. The RG sounds great!
I love the way their 2 into 1 looks and I’m told they sound amazing. Stinks they don’t make them for your bike.
@@BryTheBiker Guess I just need a new bike. 🤷♀️ 😉
@@celtfire I so approve!
Have the same exhaust on my RG ST!! Love them!
I did, however, order the reducers from khrome werks! Quite q sound difference!! Ride on!
How much difference was there in sound? I have the the performance ones but not tried them for more then a few short rides.
Gave it a bit more bark! For $40-$50 I'd give them a try! I personally love them and haven't put the hp+ baffles back in.
You have to call Khrome werks to order them. They are not listed on the website!
Man that's a sturdy cardboard cutout. Pipes sound good.
See now no one can say I don’t ride lol
@@BryTheBiker we never seen you on the bike... you probably just know how to lean against it
Those exhaust sound solid. I thought you might buzz the tower too.
I was going to but I couldn’t get permission to buzz the tower. I think they might have lost that loving feeling.
@@BryTheBiker best reply ever.
Nice, did you have any engine work done or a new air box.
It is stage 2 running a TTS 150 cam
It sounds great! Thanks for your videos.
Did you consider other headpipes? I'm looking at Jackpot from Fuel-Moto. Curious why you went with KW for both?
I had not, this was a full system so the headers where included with it which is why I went with them. They have held up great.
Did you use the SE tuner or other handheld brand OR Dyno Tune?
Dyno tune using a TTS tuner.
Amazing sounds ! What's the name for those ones pls ?
Thanks 👍
DOMINATOR 2:2 3-STEPPED HEADER, 4.5" MUFFLERS W/ TRACER TIPS, ECLIPSE
Sounds good! Stock engine?
I forgot to add in the video it’s running a TTS 150 cam.
Sounds mean. Is that the Louvered baffle? I was going with Tabs and Zombies for my RG but these are winning out.
These are the one that come with the pipes. The louvere baffles slide in to the baffles that came with it. They do feel like there a bit more power but I didn’t like the sound it made it quieter and less bark
@@BryTheBiker oh okay! Good to know!
What stage are you at? I’m gonna be doing the same exhaust with stage 2 kit
Stage 2 with a TTS 150 cam
@@BryTheBiker thank you i feel like I just missed it in the video not sure 😂. Nice setup
sounds good, how much do you pay your stunt rider?
Shhhh no one’s knows it was Fenus
KW website don’t show prices for some reason. Curious how much just the slip-ons are?
I'm not sure they make just slip on ones with that finish
Friend just got the slip ins over bike week here in Daytona-paid $815 installed
They don’t show the prices because they can only be purchased through their network of dealers
The bike was tuned with the baffle inserts?
No I had it tuned without them. I tried the baffles after
Engine Start 6:00
The sound of our people
Do you have any engine work done?
I have a TTS 150 cam with a TTS tuner that was tuned on a Dyno
Sounds good, but maybe they sound better in person. I didn't think they were too loud. I would like to hear them after you've got a few thousand miles on em and they get good and burnt off.
The biggest issue with reviews on youtube is you can’t feel the way they sound as well. In person I think they are great. Thanks for watching an commenting.
I think it would really help of these sound clip vids had all the info in the description or heading but somewhere.
Its kind of misleading not including the cam not being stock(in the description....a lot of people dont wanna watch full clips).
But a stock cam vs a 'cammed' M8 are two totally different sounding machines.
And maybe this is 'the play' from the 'advertising and marketing and selling' POV.
Im not being critical of you per se.But it would be helpful if these type of clips included all relevent info. Thanks and have a good day sir.
Good catch I will update that.
@@BryTheBiker Thank you.
Stock cam?
TTS 150 cam
Ahh.
Idk. I like my CFR slip ons. Deep sounding. Like a 454 chevy
What bike are you running them on?
@@BryTheBiker just stage 1 2022 SG Special
Nice
I should have gone with Krome werks . Now I'm stuck with what I have.
What did you get?
@Bry The Biker Tab with Zombie baffles and their headpipe. Also have a cam.
Title point at hand:skip 1st six minutes: good grief.
Thanks for watching!
👍👊🇺🇸
Thanks
Just like I told your doppleganger Fly N Ride, they're no Cobra Neighborhaters but...not bad not bad
But I like my neighbors so why would I want them ;-)
I've got Neighbor Haters and they're tame kittens. Time to find something with more growl.
7 month back order
Wow, I had no idea it was that long. I know with the EPA crack down all aftermarket pipes are in hight demand.
Khrome werks or nothing,i have the dominator system on my 22 road glide.
Nice! I love how deep there sound is
You might be burning a little oil
I saw that.
Not high pitch sounding low mid tones not like the clapping of baseball cards on spokes like some other brands
?
Seems like over the past year plus Krome Werks is getting a lot of RUclipsrs to use and highlight their pipes…they are not my favorite
They have become popular for sure. When I bought these they where very hard to find.
What pipes are you running?
@@BryTheBiker I am running D&D
@@leewelchons I never heard or seen them in person but I know a lot of folks like them
I disagree
OK….What do you run then ?
