      沙律油是植物液體油, 以菜籽、豆類、蔬菜、椰子等為主要的油源, 外觀澄清透明, 無氣味, 因此可用於蛋糕, 麵包及沙律等等用途, 所以日本人多用於蛋糕及麵包製作, 因為味道不濃烈這樣就不會蓋過食物原本的風味, 但是發煙點較低易生油煙, 所以不宜高溫油炸哦😊

      INGREDIENTS:
      High-gluten flour 150g
      Low-gluten flour 50g
      Sugar 10g
      Salt 5g
      Yeast 3g
      Egg liquid 40g
      Water 100g
      Ham 70g
      Vegetable oil or salad oil 15g
      Green onion (little bit)
      Minced black pepper (little bit)
      sesame (little bit)

      INSTRUCTIONS:
      1) mix the water and egg liquid
      2) Add the flour, sugar, salt 3g, yeast, egg liquid and oil 10g in the bowl
      3) Mix all ingredients. Knead well to form a dough
      4) Add slices of ham and well to blended. Until you get a smooth and elastic dough
      5) Bring the dough together into a ball. Place in an oiled bowl. Cover dough and leave it in a warm place for about 40 to 60 minutes or until double in volume
      6) Press the gas out and roll up into a balls. Let rise a second time for 20 minutes
      7) mix the green onion, salt, black pepper and oil 5g
      8) Roll the dough into a rectangle shape. Add stuffed green onion and sprinkle with sesame
      9) roll it up tightly. V shape cut by scissors and to separate left and right
      10) Let it proof for 30 minutes or double in size
      11) Preheat oven to 200 C / 380 F
      12) the second proofing has finished Brush with egg wash
      13) Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 to15 minutes and it's complete
