Nursing student and was looking for my SBAR material in my lessons to go over it to freshen up and came across your video and honestly I wrote down everything you said about SBAR. Thank you!
It's so nice to finally find an easy-to-follow video on how to do an SBAR for My OSCE exam. Nicely laid out and explained well, give me a clear picture of how to complete my own SABR, Thank you.
I was wondering when mentioning the the most recent vitals is this told when saying the background or when saying the assessment. I seen that when you explain background set of vitals was mention. Again, when discussing the assessment most recent vitals was listed. Another thing is when giving a change of shift report when mentioning date and time admission and reason for admission would this be considered the situation or when would it be considered background. I'm having a hard time distinguishing the two.
Good questions: 1. Vital sign trend: background 2. Recent vital signs: current vitals 3. Date and time of admission would be under situation ...unless something changed than you can mention in background!!!
That’s the spirit 🤣😂! Practice makes perfect...I am putting a second SBAR video regarding critical labs, make sure to watch...it should be up by tomorrow
Obviously Nclex exam has been a pain in my ass, but I won't bother no more I have passed my exam already thanks to Mr Mohammed God bless you more cuz you possible for me He is highly recommended
