This is a Lennon/McCartney song they wrote for Cilla Black in 1964. It was a minor hit. This vocal arrangement was done by Three Dog Night on their debut album. It was also done by Head East on their live album in 1979.
It's also actually a pretty rare song, since it is from the early era of the beatles. I guess you could say this song is the predecesor to all of the post-65 beatles' songs.
The only recording (among maybe 50 or so) I've heard so far, in which Billy Sheehan goes out of tune. :) But, no ones perfect. And they still rock the house. :) 👍
