Great interview! I loved both games and what she brought to the character of Alice. Interesting that she had her face scanned for motion capture. It makes me wonder if they might have planned to do her scenes in CGI, but they went with live action instead. I would love to see her character in CGI in Alan Wake 3.

I thought this too. You don't invest the time and money into mo-capping someone unless you have some plan where you might need this option. I'm willing to bet she maybe an NPC or even a playable character - perhaps in cross over games like Control......just like Alan was.
Awesome video with the AW2 Cast. There’s a channel called Gaming University that covers many different aspects of the many different games from Remedy and other non Remedy games that will blow your mind that will make you more impressed with both Sam Lake & the team’s dedication to their work!
I'm already impressed by the mindset of Sam and how he's able to have certain vision in his head whether its story, specific scenes, music, anything that binds together to create an experience

Hands down my favorite performance in AW2 - that case when an actor has 10-15 minutes of screen time but delivers the most memorable monologue.
