If you want the incense cones with the whole on the bottom it is called a backflow incense cone. They are made for the things you need the smoke to flow down and out into the item. The smell also lasts longer than other incense cones.

You'll only get the downflow of smoke into the cauldron with the specially-made cones -- they have a tunnel drilled up through their center (thus the hole in the bottom) and it's the physics of smoke vs. temperature change that create the downflow effect. (Just drilling a hole in a standard cone probably won't work; if the cone doesn't come apart, most are the wrong shape to create the effect.) Downflow Cones (and a plethora of different burners) are easy to find online and in shops with a larger choice of incenses. :-) That notebook is definitely a chonky boi, but in a very good way. I also like the way it has space on the spine for a label. TBH, I'm really impressed with the theming of this box; even the bottom edge of the thermos bottle was printed specifically to fit in. Good job, Magic Delivered!

I got a huge bag of the back flow insence cones from Amazon-and the burner to go with them. Mine looks like a dragon blowing smoke down a cliff, I love it. If you like birners for normal insence cones too I have one called a smoking dragon-it's a hollow dragon shape with holes at the mouth & nostrils for the smoke to escape. They're made by a pottery shop near Newtown in Wales.

With a potions themed notebook, a spoon that doubles as a pen to write down recipes, a "poison specialist" (aka "pick your poison"😉) etc., this just seems fitting

I don’t know if she still has them after the fire in 2020. The cauldron is cool but I’d prefer water or something flowing out instead of smoke. Maybe have the water glow in the dark or lit up or something when you turn the lights off. We don’t do much candle smells here cuz I’ve got asthma, me Mom got COPD, we both get headaches if it’s too smelly. Not like it used to be at our old house growing up. I do like a soft vanilla, a good cinnamon, light smells that won’t be too overpowering. Absolutely no tree or perfume smells cuz those just make everyone feel sick and take ages to air out.

I love the idea of the cauldron but not a fan of incense, however, you’ve made a fan out of me of The Upturned Cauldron candles & wax melts so I’ll get my house’s magical touch from there. I also loved the note books, you’ve had some gorgeous ones in recent subscription boxes. Almost too pretty to use!
Loved everything but I would really prefer a more ‘ subtle’ tee shirt, just a small design where the STAFF decor is placed not a huge front or back design.
I like the incense burner, I have one but mine is like a waterfall and I really like it!! And next week I plan to buy some incense to stock up. There are some who sell incense in big bags, it contains more than 200 incense cones. I'm very tempted to buy it, but I don't know what the quality is like, Because the price is very affordable for that much incense. If you want something good, choose incense from India or made in india, according to reviews, they smell very good. But one box contains only 10 incense cones
You never want to put any insulated tumbler or dish into a dishwasher. The heat can cause the metal to expand therefore ruining the effectiveness of the insulation. Same for wooden handled items. Oversaturation of water causes mold and rot of wooden utensils.
The incense burner is intriguing. It's disappointing that the potions book is a notebook instead of an actual book. I love that water bottle & the scarf is nice

Backflow incense cones usually quite cheap on Amazon, ebay, aliexpress and two dollar stores . Best ones are in witchy crystal stores...
