Some of the places Mike and I have found good placer gold , i would have passed up due to "just docent look right" ! Never know about placer, due to Geo-morphology over the years ! Love the breaking open of the found sedentary rock that you did ! the wild card of float can & will drive a person crazy sometimes also ! Thanks for your great channel !
All rocks are 'sedentary', they don't move unless acted upon. 😉

Good move to the calmer/quieter water for your panning results, you were able to physically concentrate on the sample pans with Excellent Prospecting results. You guys work great together! One of your best Vids!

I'd be filin a lode claim on that spot like yesterday!!! Seems like the lode source may be nearby. To bad the bs B.C. laws won't allow placer claims and dredges! Wish I could meet and partner up with experienced field geologists like you two guys in my neck of the woods!
We have placer claims only in placer reserves though. Here you can almost do more with mineral claims if you find a placer deposit

I am sure that I am not the only one to notice that you are still using the old original type of Pan.
Not for long! My prospecting partner fell 10 feet a month ago broke his toe and landed on rocks and the best Dammed gold pan, we got another coming. 👍😉

I would bet that the vein is right beneath your feet there at that point looking at that sharp unwashed ore you got from that bank. ~( 'w')/
The moment it popped up out of the pan I thought "They just landed on top of a vein that is about level with the creek"

I do find it funny, we rarely see more than hands, backs of bodies. Rarely do we see or can we attach faces to the voices. And that elusive Panning Partner... He's a slippery one. Rarely showing even a side glimpse on the camera. hahaha

Not for sale at the moment, we like to do more work first if we find the deposit we could option or sell it for way more than just placer.

What happened to your rectangular pan?
It's coming back a month ago my prospecting partner fell 10 feet onto a gravel bed while he was holding the pan broke his toe and the pan, we are getting a new one shortly!

Will you be doing a video of working a claim at some point? Or just prospecting.
Mostly prospecting, we are an exploration stage company so we are hired for exploration and have our own properties which we sell or option to bigger companies. Only on occasion well do a little mining but exploration usually pays better.

Were waiting for a replacement to arrive. Prospecting partner fell ten feet off a bank onto rocks broke his toe and landed on the pan and rocks a month ago.

It's been a year since you made this video and by now, I hope you have STOPPED swirling you pan! Your gold in the pan is always on the side of the material because the swirling brings the gold up and around. You were loosing gold swirling. Guaranteed. Side side motion so the heavies sink and concentrate in the bottom front of the pan and allows the material to flow out the top/front lip. Swirling moves the concentrate up along the side, then it is on tip and can be lost over the lip.

You guys just keep sampling. At what point do you just go into a production mode and start mining ? I keep thinking when I watch your videos I could setup for a week and work this ground. If you just need another partner to work the grounds and give you a percentage of the let me know, I would be up for this . Thanks
We are an exploration company so our primary focus is exploration we do about 50% hired jobs and 50% on our own properties we generally try to option to larger companies or sell so they can develop them, we are a private small company with 4 people so we dont have the means to go into production other than removing a few tonnes here and there or setting up a high banker. Which is generally not as profitable as optioning or selling.

No, I was subscribed. I've been watching your vid's for a while. I'm on both channels. And then I'm not?!?!?! I've heard of this happening with other channels, but only on woo-woo topics (UFO and paranormal activity channels have this happen often). This is the first time I've seen it happen on a main stream, non "off-beat"...
