Does Shadow Equipment stats and skill improvement work if we use dagger+shield?
So do I need to level up or even unlock it?

Yes, new upgrade and enchant for R-hand dagger . now unlock DD-SE but somtime switch shield for high Reflex rate (LV100 white sheild+bear pet+6 gargoyle+reject sword) depend on situation
