Only Aya died, because the Eradicate believed that Aya would spread the news about its slaughter of Fairies, otherwise the Eradicate would only be hostile to Fairies and creatures that try to attack it.(Eradicate was once tricked by fairy, so it hates fairies, and then it has the ability to make fairies unable to resurrect.)

I remember I said that Eradicate isn't based on any exe, so there is no character corresponding to Lucas. If I had to choose one, it would be Cirno who was used as a puppet. By the way, this happens in Yousei Daisensou ~ Touhou Sangetsusei, that's is why most of Eradicate's victims are fairies, and it (Eradicate's gender is unknown) is actually not pure evil, it is only hostile to fairies and creatures that try to attack it.
