What a breath of fresh air. A moto-camping trip without the internet medicine show of electronics and cheap aftermarket "must-haves." And not a single numbing discourse about sunsets, sunrises, and the beauty of nature. They just let the trip tell the story.
I’ve watched your 30 day trip series down thru the states multiple times. You guys show you don’t need a fancy truck and toy hauler…and a $30k dollar bike to go on a trip. A bike you can wrench on and some cheap camping gear…and a sense of adventure. Also your filming and editing…and the music showcases your artistic talent. By far the best motorcycle channel I watch. You guys are fun….with great attitudes! Love it! Have a good day!!
Reminds me of my first wife and I. So young and beautiful. No idea the twists and turns of life’s journey that wound eventually pull us apart. But we had a beautiful 3 years together.
That looks like an old 1994 h/d wide glide. Had a red one back in the day. (1995) Used it in 95 and 96 on 2 out west national parks riding/camping trips. July, damn near did me in mid-day Salt Lake City.(95). Soaked my helmet and levie s/shirt in cold water at a rest stop. Saved my dumb ass that day. Loved that bike!
Yep. You kids got the "gift." Reminds me of me and the ol lady 30 years ago. Been riding my whole life done the club scene cross country stuff blah blah blah... She was and is my best wing man. 2 up or side-by-side.
I was a little slow in viewing this one. So busy this summer. ..... Beautiful Adventure. Love the spots. Cool to see people climbing the rocks. I would not try it though; nervous of heights and the landing at the bottom after the fall. Very nice trip. Thank you..
This just makes me want to buy another old Evo and hit the road. So glad I found your channel. You inspired me to take a week long road trip last week. It was amazing.
You two present the greatest riding videos! The way you stage the bikes and the time you take get special shots like Nika going over that bridge. You are right, one doesn't have to go far from home to have an epic adventure.
You certainly bring the "joy" with your videos! Never moto camped before. Love your bike too! What make seat? You guys have a blast, and stay safe! Thanks for taking all of us with you.
We camped at the same place at the Coulee 2 weeks ago on our way to Plain for the Touratech rally. It is so pretty there right at sundown. Thanks for the video!!
Verry Nice 😀 go and get a nice Helinox lightwight folding chair and matching folding tabel, or a china clone. Very small package size and fits easy on you bike and gives you way more relaxing Dinnertimes🍺. Hello from Cologne Germany 😀✌
I rode past that Thorp fruit stand a few days ago heading to Eastern Washington. My ride that day was hot and tiring. Your ride looked like it was cool and refreshing. And you got to go camping. Motorcycles sure can take you places. Keep the videos coming, please. I always enjoy them, and you kinda sorta live in my neck of the woods, if a few hundred miles away is in my neck of the woods. Cheers to you both!
I love the fun,the vibes riding together with the love one. Ride to make memories. Love your videos. Ok have a nice camping ride and done subscribe to your channel!❤️🔥 Greetings from Sarawak-Borneo Island.
Oh to be young again!!! I've been riding 55 yrs now and the ol' back ain't what it used to be. Cheap motels now. Love your adventures. What year is your EVO?
Hi Colen & Nika, Just found this video in the sidebar. You've got another sub. I also watched your first vid. As far as I'm concerned you two came outa the starting blocks as winners. 👍👍 I don't think I can binge watch 44 videos anytime soon but I will pick through them over time. The differences between this vid and your first is evidence enough to convince me that you've got staying power and you're "in it to win it". Fair weather and fair winds from LA. (Lower Alabama) ME B🙋♂️
PS, I currently have a 04 883 Iron and a 05 1200 Custom. 50 years ago I was in the US Navy and camping off the back of a 68 Ironhead Sportster. I guess I like Sportsters. 🤷🏻♂️😁
I love watching your videos. I live in northern Indiana. All of my bucket list trips are out west. I see you live in Washington, Why did I think you lived in Canada?
Zero stuff. It's why I prefer moto camping over truck camping. If I bring my truck I pack too much stuff. You really have to minimize on a bike. BTW I love that Royal Enfield.
What a breath of fresh air. A moto-camping trip without the internet medicine show of electronics and cheap aftermarket "must-haves." And not a single numbing discourse about sunsets, sunrises, and the beauty of nature. They just let the trip tell the story.

Where did you get that start lever ???
I need one!
Prism supply makes one, I'm not sure if that's the one he's using though.
@@sternpry thanks 👍
Yeah the mechanism is from prism and then I bent a new rod to fit into it. Thanks for watching!
Good video. What brand rear tire and size on your Harley? God Bless safe ridin rubber down
I run shinko 240 and 270. Thanks!
I gotta know, what is that starter handle/switch for the starter cylenoid? I need one bad! I have to push in on my evo to start it.
You can get the push start lever from prism supply. I replaced the lever it comes with one I bent myself, but used the prism supply bracket. Thanks!
@@joymachinetheshow Thanks for the info!

Which one? Haha it’s doing ok now
@@joymachinetheshow 😄
'The rains pretty wet', you must be Canadian...
Hahaha
You guys are doing it right! Is that a 21 or a 19 on the front of the Softail? That's a great looking bike. The Royal Enfield is a looker as well.
21 on the front! And agreed the enfield is beautiful.
how many miles are on your softtail?
hi, may I asking what kind of camera you guys usee, thanks
We have a few, a Sony hx99, go pro, and insta 360 so it’s a mix of all those.
peace from Connecticut
Peace!
Great video as always. Do you not get any nasty critters out there in the rocks like snakes or scorpions?
There are snakes around but there are enough people around it hasn’t been an issue so far. No scorpions that we have seen yet.
@@joymachinetheshow ☺️ you too are braver than me.
예 그렇구나 여기한국에도 로얄 엔필드 많이 탑니다
Hey, what brand and model is that green jacket?
It’s an Alpha Industries extreme cold weather impermeable jacket. Thanks.
What kind of cameras do you use they sure are clear
We use a go pro 10, insta360 x3 and a Sony hx99 for off the bike. Thanks for watching!
Mannn what are your motorcycle boots they’re so sick !
The lace up boots are doc martens and the pull on boots are Justin
Ok, the burger did not look too bad at that little roadside place. How was it? Lol I had to ask.
It was great! The milkshakes are even better though I’d say 🍔🥛
@@joymachinetheshow 🤘🏻 right on
