    There was a moment seeing Corbin tap dancing when my breath caught in my throat. I’m sure it has been seen before on broadway, but… that is a man of color tap dancing in a lead role. During the time this story was created, the BEST dancers were guys of color who NEVER had lead roles. They would put them in one dance as side characters to show off with the lead actor, and then they disappeared into the back ground again. Seeing Corbin in THIS role in particular was just a moment where the stark realization of how much things have changed for the better since the original film. And I love it. ❤️

    Corbin Bleu is the star I'm excited for the most. Because I loved him as Chad in High School Musical growing up. And seeing him play a character originated by the great Fred Astaire makes it all the more surreal.

      do you know anything about the character charlie winslow? i have an audition but i can't get a hold grasp on the character or material they have in the show.
