she's such a competent doctor. too bad she could do something like this.
I completely agree. I think there are bumps in Lane's story, and I'm sorry they didn't take the time to explain what happened to her, why she acts that way. I mean, Medicine is not a career for everyone, why spoil it all? Maybe she was just a psychopath (in fact many of her attitudes match with profile), but I wish they had worked on her story a bit more and not just erased her from the map.
