My friend…. You describe Chante exactly how she is as a person! I’ve been friends with her since I sold her first record on MCA in 1992, when I worked at Universal Music (for 24 years). We are still best of friends today.
She is warm, loving, passionate, funny, appreciative, a wonderful caring friend..and a powerhouse singer, vocalist, songwriter. And live performer!
I, (being in the US), unlike most of you, had never heard of Dimash ! I am hooked on the young man! Amazing! And the two together are INSANE.

I think it's notable that Dimash doesn't have to hold back when he's singing with her. If you listen to the fancam he actually sounded even more powerful than this. In this context, we see (just as it was with "You Raise Me Up" with the children, in China) a more restrained Dimash and serving as a "ladder" for Chanté's brilliant performance. It's a shame they didn't win this duet and it's a shame Chanté didn't advance in the program, after her other performances! time: Chanté Moore is already an experienced singer: Born in 1967 (57 years old) and maintains an impressive youthfulness!

@@debbiemorgan859 When Dimash speaks English...I wouldn't believe anything, because I doubt he knows it himself. He did improve, but still it is "his English", the accent is heavy. What surprised me, he seems to have same kind of accent speaking Russian, and the wording is not natural sometimes. But when he sings it is perfect.

Chante is a seasoned performer, she has been a working vocalist for 30 years. Dimash started out about 25 years ago too when he was a little kid. Their energy and performance experienceare well matched.
