@@ChicaneryF1Ren Hazuki already tested the F1 24 btw. Its exactly same as F1 22.
Unfortunately any suspension updates won't matter that much until they bring tracks to a proper detail level. Most tracks are smooth as heck, including ones that are notoriously bumpy in real life.
and it wont mtter to the sim community if these changes arent communicated through the ffb in a wheel, from what i heard the ffb in f1 aint great when it comes to detail and fidelity.. cant cooment to much as i only breifly tied it before getting hooked on asseto corsa but the f1 cars in that game felt far better on the wheel than the f1 games

I'll be impressed with wet weather driving when we can do what Lewis did in Turkey 2020 when he took a set on inters to slicks and it worked.

You already can. Wear a set of inters enough and they will work in the dry near the end of their life
@@xILoveFishyx not like Lewis did. They go off way too easy because of heat in the current tyre system in the game. It's not at all possible to consistently do 15 20 25 Laps at all on a drying track.

The ONLY reason I would buy this game is if well known sim racers, not f1 RUclipsrs, say that the handling is good, nothing else will change my mind

It's actually really really good. The new tire model and suspension is way way more like a sim. Guys it is a much harder game. Much more thought gone into racing. Coming out of corners, braking and more. You are on the edge and lose grip easily on low speed corners like in a real f1 car. So yall asked for more real you get it so don't complain when it's harder lol. Turn on assists if you want it to be easier.
I will say my car when on my dd wheel already feels heavy af lol so yeah hope it dont get to heavy.
How is this game compare to assetto corsa 1 ? Ffb, tyres, feel etc.
@merttumbaser3275 def not like assetto and we shall see on release. I mean def more ffb feel with weight and tires slippage etc. But not assetto level yet lol. Different but good for sure.

@merttumbaser3275 well I'm getting both because I like playing them all but sure. If you had to choose between 1 or the other of course assrtto is much more tried and true so you can know it's a higher chance of a true sim like experience.
This is looking okay, seems to be somewhat remedying my issues with F1 2020 and 22 (I didn’t get 23) with the car predictability and having more pronounced aero effects, tyres feeling like rubber not plastic and weight transfer, might make the FFB actually useable too.

Visual aerodynamics need to be added as well such as for e.g. high downforce rear wings for Monaco & skinny rear wings for Monza

Even though they are adding this stuff, that definitely makes the game better. I'm still waiting on the opinion after launch. The game is coming way earlier, and there will definitely be problems. Didn't by 22, got 23 for free, and it's not a good game. I'm doing the same on 24

If you're using online setups, it won't. If you don't, it always had a purpose.
I found the whole thing a bit misleading. I imagined a "gameplay deepdive" to be something different. Of course, the technical side is very important and it also affects the gameplay somewhat. But they should have called the video something else. By gameplay I mean things like features, for example.

This is basically only a minor update to F1 2017.
All these little technical changes really show how they are scraping the barrel to find ways of justifying the obscene price point, they can shove it this year.
They are making a different game from the fame before i like this as a champions edition preorderer 😂 Right now its for me worth the 75€

As a casual MyTeam player I don’t really care about the car handling being 5% more realistic. I’d prefer more stuff to be added to MyTeam in order to make it more enjoyable

This is gonna change F1 esports. The problem with the older f1 games, whilst it still does take skill to be fast, it's no where near the same level of skill for real life or even Iracing. The current f1 esports stars are only stars because they're kids who literally play every waking hour, and it's more about the amount of practice than it is skill. This will change that because to be the fastest you're really going to have to tap into some complex driving technique, which I don't believe many of the esports stars have tbh, including Jarno Opmeer for example. If you watch him play IRacing, he isn't actually that good compared to the real pros, he's actually kinda average. These physics are going to allow the real skilled players to shine through.

It actually looks pretty decent to be honest. EA are actually do good things, bucking the trend they destroy games. Only thing for me is I badly want the classic F1 cars. I was absolutely gutted when they removed them. Best part of the game for me.

Why are the steering wheels the same on all cars?
They are using the default myteam car but with the f1 2024 livery in the gameplay so meaning they still havent made the models of all the teams chassis in the current f1 season atm
