Hihi i love to cook pasta.. I would recommend getting the water really hot before adding the pasta. Also my family's little trick Pasta keeps cooking as long as it's hot so if you take it out of the pan 3min before being fully cooked...the consistency will be perfect. Keep up the good work ✨🌸
