I recently did a challenge that I made for myself and I dare you to try it.
One story-single player- NO BUILDING CHEATS - 5000 SIMOLIAN BUILD LIMIT - every room must be a different color - minimum of 5 rooms.
I was able to do it it was painful but I made it work good thing roofs are free🤣
Also it was fully functional I had a bathroom a bedroom a kitchen a living room and a dining room
If I could I would put a picture on RUclips to show you but I can't you know what I can do though I can upload it on the Sims 4 trying to think of a name I will name it difficult challenge.

Girl for the freezing problem there is a special save button in the sims 4 to avoid losing progress. Hit Alt + F4 on your keyboard, It will save and exit the game directly but your progress is saved. hope it helps the next time!! ;)

I had no idea it was a special button! 😭 I need to check if it works with my keyboard, but I personally close the window from the taskbar (on windows os) and hope that when back to the game it offers to save and exit. 🥹
@@MirificentJoy : usually it doesn’t save from the task bar unfortunately but yea definitely try it on your keyboard and tell me if it works! 😍 u don’t necessarily need the game to be freezing to try this keyboard, it works for both situations so try and update me! 🩷
Thanks for your honesty about the issues since the Update That Broke Everything. EA really needs to get their 💩 together and those of you in the Creators Network, I think, have some clout.
If you manage to complete the Market Magnate aspiration that came with Home Chef Hustle, you can mark up prices on the selling tables by 500%! I did that with my Super Sim last night and we made 1,000,000 on one yard sale event.

I’m not sure if Syd tried this, sometimes when you’re stuck you can open the cheat console (ctrl+shift+c) and type quit. This will give you the save prompt before the game closes.
If I remember correctly, alt + F4 works this way too
@@alicjaz2771 as does closing with the [x] if you’re playing windowed mode to be honest. I’ve never had the loading screen glitch though and I assume if she closed her game then those two ways may have failed her

Wayne and Mai are so cute together! It's really interesting to see the Crystal Creations pack in play, and I absolutely love the little date spot in the forgotten grotto!😊
If you get the infinite loading screen you may be able to save everything by pressing ALT and F4 together. It brings up the Save and Exit option. It works most of the time when my game is about to crash or freeze. Try that the next time your game freezes to at least save everything you did before exiting 😊

The sims 4 being so glitchy now more than ever before is literally so annoying. They make us pay for game packs/stuff packs that don’t even work and can’t even fix the game😭

Quick tip! Idk if it works for everyone, or if it even works every time, but whenever I have a glitch in my game (infinite loading screen, mouse isn’t working etc.) a quick CTRL+ALT+Delete has actually helped me. Like you just do the combo, then cancel and it works almost like when you have a text that won’t send so you send another one to like “push” it. Lol idk if that makes sense but it has worked for me in the past and saves me from having to start everything over when I forget to save.

I made my sim a witch and learned copypasto so I could make copies of all the crystals and gems. I even make copies of the jewelry. The gem gnome I made sold for a little over 6k on the table at 300% markup. It’s been fun so far!

I've never though of using the grotto as a setting for a date or sleeping there to stay longer. I wondered if there was a way to address toileting and hygiene needs in there. I guess if you can build with the cheat then you can put anything in there. Maybe a multi-purpose bush would do. lol
Omg I feel you! I had to update so many moods and cc and the interface is still somehow broken! Also it is shameful for EA to put out such broken pack like For Rent, charge 40 Dollars for it and not fix it!

Alt F4 will pull up a force save option and you can save and quit from there when your game freezes 😓These last few updates have been a doozy. I lost all my ability to play my long term saves and got so frustrated that I just deleted everything from the game 😫
I would love to see you do a long-term Super Sim challenge with Mai! You could keep using her to test out new packs, and maybe do lets plays with the old packs too

Hey! My CC broke after the last update too and I was so confused because it said that all my mods were updates ( I primarily use curse forge for my CC ) it turns out that after the new update it changes the CC permissions and I had to go back into my sims settings and click "allow custom content" again. You probably already tried it lol but that's what I had to do
