What Zun was trying to say was that the song and him isn't co-dependence, the songs transcribe emotion to the listener not because he makes it so, but because the song itself has emotion. I'm a little picky with Lunatic Princess arrangements -- with that said, this one isn't bad. So I've got to agree with you on the guitar part in the great WALL OF TEXT *epic thunder effect*. All in all, good good good! Maybe it'll grow on to me...
@asunasfanthing The Mokou part and the part where Kaguya asks people to get her the 5 impossible things and even the 5 things themselves are all in the bamboo cutter legend. Actually, up to the point where Kaguya goes back to the moon the story is EXACTLY like the legend, the difference is that in ZUN's version she then comes back to Gensokyo, while in the legend she stays in the moon.
I forgot this was a metal/rock song at the beginning, which reminded of the bgm music from Ragnarok (city of Louyang). Then at 0:26, I grinned like a maniac.

Nice arrange ^^ Yeah, drumming and mixing could be better, but this song shows some arranging skills, and some mean guitar. In my case, Lunatic Princess is one of my favorite Touhou songs, and one of the reasons why TH8, despite being my least favorite TH game to play, has my favorite soundtrack of the series yet. Oh, and a bit of a shame this song ends on a fade out ^^; I would have enjoyed a real finale better on this one.
