Hi! Enzo - Thank you for your insights. I had an opportunity to watch you play in person and enjoyed your game. I feel that 80% of the game at intermediate levels are won and lost because of serve and receive. I would enjoy seeing videos that cover how to improve the service and receive aspects of the game.
My top 5 basics are: 1. Serve and return of serve 2. Push 3. Fh and bh on backspin on 5th + ball( slow with high arc) patient and with good anticipation(no rush) 4. Fh and bh block 5. Smash Thats what i need to master to have a proper game.. top 3 - 1. Serve and return, push, and block The most important is to not try to play like a pro.. becouse ther is no way you will play like that if you dont have at leat 4 traing a week minimum.. so learn how to master basics and learn how to WIN( becouse in that situation you use your brain) if you just play for one - two good point per game you will never progres.. just find some middle path. For footwork you need a trainer
Very good video! 10x. It can be even better if at the end you make a short recap( you can even write the 5 things so they can be fixed better in our minds). Regards from Romania!
Great tips. Talking about efficient player, I think there is a lefty player from Iran and he is only strong on the backhand but he beat many world high ranking players
Hi Enzo - I downloaded your guide. Pretty interesting. Quick question - in the exercises on page 10, what do the acronyms mean? I'm pretty sure that FH is forehand and MDL is middle, but what is PV?
