I don't think he ate all that food or that his parents expected him to eat that much. It seems to me that Yuki ate very little. It's obvious the boy wasn't feeling well, but even sick people should eat. And they gave him something to drink, soup or tea, I don't know what it was. The boy gets varied food and he usually has a good appetite , but he doesn't eat large a ammount of food.

He needs a humidifier and get medical attention. A nose drop and cough medicine for children to dry up the mucus in his lung. Let the doctor prescribe for him. Great job parents.

我が家の双子（男女）達は食の好みが正反対の上、偏食だったため食事に関しては色々と苦労しました。軽い熱でも心配しどうなるかと気がかりでしたが、今では二人もおおきくなり良い思い出です。
しっかりと食べてくれて、美味しそうに喜んでいる姿は羨ましく微笑ましい限りです✨
