- Today we paint a dreamlike picture with strong contrasts. I'll show you what colors you should use and what technique is so simple that anyone can do it!
With the right tools, the painting works even for absolute painting beginners.

I have now subbed because this painting was breath taking
try to do it on a big glass table.
You can then collect all the wasted colour using squeeze or knives.
It can be used as underpainting.

Wunderschön! Für ein grösseres Bild (140x100cm) würdest du empfehlen, einfach 12 Becher zu füllen? Denkst du, wenn ich die Farben nach deinem Tutorial mische, dass 120ml pro Farbe reichen werden oder brauche ich da mehr? Vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung, werde hoffentlich am Weekend meine ersten Experimente starten.

Could you please tell me how big the plastic glasses are? I have to buy some in order to try to do the same sort of painting, but I cannot see really how big the glasses are.....
Why do my colors mix when poured together? Is there a particular ratio of each color?
I've repeated this video method several times but still can't get your picture effect.
Could you show how you get it all shiny at the end? Do you use epoxy?

What size are your cups? They look like shot glass size?
Fellow artist & subscribed fan of your work. Especially the super vibrant colors pieces! My question is; when you use Floetrol (you're in Germany, no?) are you using Flood (US brand) Owatrol (UK) or the elusive LIQUID PLATINUM of ALL mediums (IMHO) Aussie Floetrol? Or is there a German brand equivalent? I've not so much problem with the price of the product (tho it's EXTREMELY expensive for hobbiests. Its ONLY worth it for those who sell or just have a lot of money. Lol.) Seriously tho...my problem is with the fact that it costs more to S & H than for the product itself. Certainly not for 3 or 4:1 ratios either. My point is; I cannot get swipes to work for me. I LOVE "Ghost swipes" too & want so badly to create Aurora Borealis in a swipes with embellishments. What do you use for your swipes technique? Sorry so long. I watch a lot & comment little. Then it's all at once. 😁

I will never understand why so much black is used. I'm not an artist and have never seen pour painting done in person, but it seems to me that it takes away from the beautiful pastels; the uplifting colors.
I sometimes feel that way about negative space. I guess it's just all subjective.😉🙃

Black is used to create contrast . You can use any color as your base /flow extender. 👍🏻
Black gives depth I think 🤔
Just like the yin and yang in life you need dark to showcase the light.
