She's like an expert at improv that's like her main talent/genre, so thats where i would recommend looking for her in. I highly highly recommend watching The Earliest Show and the bloopers on Funny or Die, it's a short web series she and Ben Schwartz starred in together, theyre both amazing improv artists (is that the word idk lol) so it's scripted but theres a lot of riffing and it is one of the funniest things ive ever seen in my whole life. I actually watched the bloopers first but im sure either order is good.
I think you know instantly when watching Conan interview. He's all about being complimentary and getting the best out of a guest. The others are simply fawning over their guests if they can summon the energy.
