    The Largest Classroom of over 10,000 politically active students creating future political leaders inspiring youth to come forward and participate in public life and leadership Mission of Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad (Indian Student Parliament) is to mobilize the Student Union Leaders of India to come together on a single platform with a view to entering public life and bringing about a positive change in the leadership of the country. This will be done by regularly convening parliament of student leaders at national and state levels in collaboration with the state legislative assemblies and by exposing the leaders to eminent personalities of repute, who will guide them in this endeavour. Politics is a vehicle for serving the people, bringing about the desired socio-economic change, taking the country to new levels of development and strengthening the foundations of democracy. Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad was initiated in 2011 under the aegis of MIT-School of Government- Pune, India, with an intent to ignite the spirit of participation in politics and governance amongst the youth of today and inculcate in them public spirited and socially sensitive values during their formative years.
