Honestly I wasn't expecting much from this game when I first got on sale, but I am thoroughly satisfied and really happy with how the game turned out. I'm looking forward to the next one as well, although if there was something I were to complain about it would be that sometimes the facial animations look goofy.
I knew of this for a while and had it recommended a few times to stream until I did. I was pleasantly surprised, although I maybe had too much fun writing "Die" and "You're Fired" in latte art for the customers (especially the latter for Freya). Hopefully the second game allows us to learn the forbidden fourth ingredient for coffee.
So I clocked pretty quickly in the beginning that Freya's story was meant to be symbolism for the game itself, but I'm only just starting to really grasp the whole time-travelling sub-plot. How does Freya know? Does Neil also time-travel? Have you time-travelled by the time of the first playthrough?? So very confusing. I assume it's a mix of my stupidity and the English localisation not being perfect, but regardless I really enjoyed this game's writing
I believe freya realizes because of our mistakes like getting galas drink right the first time? (i'm not really sure). Neil does also time travel since we are the same kind, some even have the theory that we are Neils' offspring from on of his successes becoming a hbrid of his kind and humanity and that we time traveled back to before his visit on earth. As for the last question, I believe so, since we did tell Neil about our mistakes in different timelines during the ending.

yes, we are neil's offspring, but Neil is not a time traveler, even he is surprised that such power could born, we just time travelling to make sure we exist in every timeline, i got bad outcome first and i do really like it, it feels realistic, i assume other people is not that important at first, since our mission is to make sure Neil succeed, hence the bad outcome ending, but overtime we grow fond of our customers, so we try to help them live a better life in different timeline by learning about them better and try to help guide them in better decision making@@momoception1180
You have to play through the at the 4 specific days that were mentioned again. Theyll have new dialogue and then on the last day when Freya gets her draft approved, she gives you a copy to read and then the credits roll and then you and Neil are talking again.
Because each individual group of characters (except Neil) have a good/bad outcome. This compilation shows all the bad outcomes and then all the good outcomes.
got most of the good endings the first time but when i replayed for the bad ones (giving everyone the wrong drinks) i still got some of the good ones at the end? like baileys and lua broke up but were then somehow still together in the final scene? no idea why this happened

Neil tells you about his kind’s mission if you give him the Milky Way drink in ep 8 (the second time we meet him) and that his mission was to breed and create a half-breed that can protect the planet
i think i got one drink wrong for freya at the very start of the game, and im so ready to play the whole thing again just for the good ending ISTG i got the best ending for everyone

Congrats! You have to be purposefully trying to fail in order to get a bad ending for some of them, like with Baileys and Lua. I think on my first go I only ended up with Freya's bad ending.
Well I loved everything about the game the cute pixel design, how it's always night & raining outside, how you can switch the calm music playing in the background, & you have freedom to make the drinks how you want because how I remember the charters didn't get mad & leave when you messed up their drinks. The only sad thing is that after I played the game well I played the game no more storyline or charterers it was just completely over & I feel like the game should of had way more storyline & charters ya know I still feel like it was worth it no game out there like it but I still needed more. This is my favorite game for sure & I played it non stop untill the story ran out which took a while days not weeks. I love that there's LGBT couples in the game. I mean I hate city scapes buy this game had a way to make even cities beautiful & realistic looking to that's what I loved. You can't explore outside the shop or even in the shop & no buying or designing the shop either for those wondering. I'm pretty sure if I remember correctly you don't even get to choose your answers to the characters questions or statements your only freedom is the coffee making than again your not meant to do what ever you want the characters rarely say surprise me when ordering.
LGBT couples? Where? Hyde and Gala are just friends and although Aqua and Myrtle are fairly close there was nothing that confirmed they were a couple...

I have both outcomes where they break up and get together. I'm not sure what the tipping point for either outcome is but I messed up every drink they ordered for them breaking up.
The game break the 4th wall multiple time , so I guess the Barista its "us" , because when we speak to Neil (at the end of the game) he said "You can drop the act in front of me" Then the barista respond "so you finally notice" . So I believe he speaking to the player behind the screen ,not the barista . And the barista talk about timeline too So i conclude that the Barista is just us ,the person behind the controller/keyboard
The barista is the daughter of Neil. That’s why she say to him that "just want to make sure I will exist on earth" and why she has the power of go Back on time 😊 his mission was complète and he created her

You need to replay certain days where you reveal you already know things in conversations and Freya picks up on it. You get a vague hint for which days when talking to Neil in the ending, but I forget which days exactly.
