KLM is a good airline, personally I am not a fan of the A330 and prefer the Boeing 787. Despite that, I had a good service.

This videos shows the full incompetence of KLM!! Zero service - no informations because of the late departure. Unmotivated and lazy flight attendants - already the terrible announcement of the purser is a reason to leave this airplane. Disgusting food. Bad seats in BC in the A330, even compared to other KLM aircrafts. Maybe dutch people with no other experienced still accept this poor service. But once the tried something different they feel the difference. It could be such an amazing airlines (and it was before Covid), but the good times are over. But nevertheless amazing Video and you tried to figure out some lovely flight experiences. Hope you had a great time in Aruba after this terrible start.

Thank you for your response, I do not fully agree with you. KLM has good service and the food is good.
I must admit that I find the Business class in the A330 less good than, for example, the 787.
Some cutbacks have also been made in the Business Class, of which unfortunately not everything has been returned yet, but I understand that there will be some improvements.
Of course there are always better airlines but you will always keep that.
