I've been trying out this practice, and even if I get to bed late and only have about 6 hours of sleep, I've been automatically waking around 7am or 7:30. I'll give myself a few minutes to bundle up, etc., but I go outside to fill up my bird feeders. I have aluminum garbage cans filled with feed in my backyard, and I take about 10 minutes to make the rounds to deploy feed and other goodies for my feathered and furry little friends. I hate the term "kill two birds with one stone," but I do love stacking good habits. Not only is the sun helping me wake up, but so is just walking around outside in nature (sort of), getting some fresh cold air. I even do this when it's raining or snowing. I'm not going to let my critter friends go hungry 😍
This habit has been such a positive way to start my day 🌞

Good morning Doctor I hope you'll find my comment .
I'm an electrician who has read many articles on lighting.
I read some articles on how the sun ,candlelight, incandescent lights all bring melatonin to the body or something to that effect. However I've read that LED lighting does none of that ,it actually affects the body in a bad way. I am hoping you can do a podcast on the effects of different lighting to our body. A lot of my research states that when the LED light was created it was just pushed out into the public without any testing and how it causes aggravation ,headaches annoyances. Now that most lighting ISL ED lighting I'm wondering if it's having an effect on society as a whole making us more non tolerant.
It would be great if you could verify this thanks.

Please do this guys. My teachers knew more.
So between 11.30 to 1pm, spend at least 45mins exposure to sunlight. DON'T look at the sun. Just look around you. Also roll your sleeves up. Wear shorts, take your shoes off to exposure your skin, too. But 40 to 45 mins is fine.

    OMG!!!! It makes sense now!
When I lived with my Mom, I had a bedroom that was at the back of the house! So, when it was Spring & Summer, I would wake with the sun & I ALWAYS FELT ALIVE, upbeat & rejuvenated!!!! Why??? Because, the sun would wake me! The warmth of the sun would comfort me (extreme chronic pain and fatigue affects me/my mind, body & health). Then, when the sun reached a certain area, the sunlight would reach through my windows & fill my room!!!
I always wondered why I loved Spring & Summer mornings most. Why, the sunlight filling my room made me feel a certain way!!! The birds outside my window! The fresh air! The sunlight! The warmth!!!

i have never found it painful to look directly at the sun i find it soothing and relaxing I've always been told looking at the sun damages your eyes but i have not suffered from it, not only that i can see well in the dark too as long as there is no artificial light pollution creating black walls, however some artificial lighting gives me problems like headaches and restlessness like for instance bright LED lights i even have to turn the brightness of my PC monitor down to avoid eye strain,

I have the Happy Light (Verilux), $40 from amazon. It is not that expensive, considering i got it for mental health (you can typically gauge my mood by checking how long it's been since the last sunny day). My husband reminds me of my Happy Light when I'm grumpy. 😅
It has different brightness settings and a timer. In winter or gloomy days, I have it on for at least 30 minutes while having breakfast. Also handy when i need extra light while doing crafts!
I also just bought a Sunrise alarm clock for my kiddo, who is not a morning person but still needs to go school. I haven't tried it yet but I'm optimistic! I heard the gradual sunrise is really good at slowly waking up the body.

    Dear Sir,
    1. In short, I suggest look at the sun with close eyes and move your head right and left slowly so that the sun bathe your eyelids. Do it for 5 to 10 minutes. When you open your eyes, you will feel relaxed and the images you see will be beautiful and pleasant with some pale blue colour.
    2. Always keep videos short with plenty of useful & practical information as people don't have time.
Anyway thanks for the good job. I only want to share my input & experience.

My temperature can decrease as low as 95 once I start walking. 97.1 when waking.
Especially if I go outside I would for sure drop to 95, due to temperature change, with exertion, plus exposure to sun. My body then will then go into a full panic, and extreme heat up, but I’m actually at 95 degrees, while immediate sweating, head turning to sweat like turning on a light switch. Bright red cheeks and face (whole life) and gasping for immediate ‘life or death feeling’ of need for water, electrolytes, salt, and ice coldness which is what causes the extreme panic. The sun light is so extremely painful to my eyes and always has been. Even in the winter I have to have AC on in my car or I will sweat on nose, and eyebrows (whole life I have to wear cooling rags around my neck, a frozen gel headache hat thing, pedilyte popcycles, 2 cold water bottles, and it’s still not enough to stop my reaction.
I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome as my main genetic condition, with a bunch of commorbidities, including temperature intolerance, POTS, MCAS, the poly euph name thing for allergy to sun. I’m not sure exactly which conditions cause this, I have plenty more conditions, but these are the ones I think may contribute talking to doctors. But they don’t understand the 95 drop. And when I sleep I drop to 89, and I suffocate but my sleep doctor won’t help me. I can only function in overcast, raining, windy weather. PLEASE HELP!!! I can’t live like this. I have not slept since maybe even a child. I don’t even know what it’s like to wake up rested. I have had nightmares my whole life., But more so vivid dreaming, kicking, talking in sleep, and nightmares after my abusive marriage ending in 2005. I sleep better using oxygen than my cpap. I’m so sleep deprived. At one point it felt likelike my organs were shutting down and drying up a bit ago during a 2 month unexplained overall body rash needing layers of lotion from red dry bumpy skin. After numerous episodes of suffocating wake ups, combined with itch attacks, I had to stop the cpap and switch to oxygen because I honestly felt as if I was dying and the sleep doctor blew me off, because you have to drop to 88 for insurance to approve oxygen with cpap, so I’m just using oxygen and not having suffocation attacks anymore but I don’t sleep well. I just barely got diagnosed with FND too. And I’m scheduled for another tilt table test for POTS soon and other tests to determine what kind of auto neuro immune conditions, I did a detailed log for my sleep doctor of my attacks with temperature readings from the app and I don’t even think my sleep doctor read it, otherwise how could you dismiss such extreme symptoms happening 5 times a night. I’m desperate for help. Please anyone. Everyone seems stumped on the temperature drops. Even out in the snow with a tank top and all cooling gear I still couldn’t cool off.
    Please help me!

@@Susan70003 No I don’t eat organically. I have not figured out the food thing and if my body responds to certain things that much, it seems to need fats and proteins. I seem to do really well if I drink Huel protein drinks, collegian peptide, and organifi in the morning double dose. It regulates me really well. I’m not regulated until after 3pm, this helps some. I don’t know how to explain regulated, but think complete not functioning, body crashing, like a hyperglycemia crash, headache etc. I will check out those books. I don’t know what to do for food. Thank you so much for responding.

@@Magmon I can imagine that some of my medications could be impacting me!!’ Which ones to get off is the question. I have been weening off duloxatine too help with an extreme dry mouth, nose, eyes, etc thing. It’s quite the difficulty.
      In regards to EMF:
As a teenager I used to get what I called “the skin sickness” lasted 72hrs to the hour, and got it almost once a month. (I was an over achiever. And thinking about it I also wore a phone headset thing with a radio thing clipped to my waist after school talking to friends)
For this sickness I had to lay completely in the dark. TV made me very sick, I could feel the waves or something coming from it that drained me, hurt my skin. When a TV was turned off it was like a similar sensation as if you were suffocated and can now breath. Immediate relief. However, the pain was still excruciating, I just didn’t have this thing pulling something out of me. So with this sickness the only thing I could listen to was a book on tape. No music. The tape did not drain me. I had to listen to something because I was isolated for 72 hrs. Touching my skin was so severe. I only lifted head to drink or eat, and get up to use restroom, which every move was torture. Even though touching skin was painful massage helped. My mom would rug my head or back. I could not use energy to talk. I ate garlic with salt a lot of it, and chicken noodle soup, and chugged down water to flush my body. My mom was more natural, I didn’t even take Tylenol. It was more of a sweat it out. Once I felt well enough to walk, I would sit in car, let the sun hit me and allow myself to sweat. I could feel my body heal, as the sun hit me. About a few hours before it was over I would start to sneeze, and get an appetite back and I would crave McDonald’s, and somehow specifically McDonald’s gave me a huge energy boost over even soup or other food, ( I now take salt pills due to POTS) even though I was feeling slightly better, I still had to wait for the episode to be over once it stopped. It was completely evident. It was like turning on a switch and it was completely gone. If I ever tried to work during one of these episodes, early though even impossible, it would turn into a infection like bronchitis or something. My doctors believe I have Epstein-Barr virus in my nerves. I still get these episodes as an adult. They are not as extreme. But when I get an episode, it is more drawn out like three weeks. Usually because I work through them. Now I take a medication called Vals cyclo that stops them from happening. I have tried several times to go off that medication. And every time Within a month I have another skin sickness or what medically I guess is called a flareup. Even when I’m not sick when I’m tired and other times TV can still drain me when it gets turned off I can feel an immediate energy coming back to my body as if there was this continuous line of me to the TV and when it turns off, it all comes back to my body and a lid shots on my body, and the situation is over with, and I didn’t realize how bad it was until the TV is off. I sleep with my phone nearby sometimes I sleep with it underneath me because I fall asleep and forget and now I’m laying on it. So I have my phone nearby a lot. And because I’m not well I probably am by my phone more than I should be. i’m going in detail because I have actually been worried about this and always wondered why I react. I have also been too embarrassed to tell this to anybody because of course they would just think I was weird. Doctors would dismiss me when I said I got something called the sickness. Even when I explained the extreme symptoms because I called at the skin sickness, they didn’t from the very beginning. Please if you see this explain a little bit more what I should be looking into regarding EMF. I think I will reach out to my friend who knows how to ground a bed and maybe I need to really move my phone away from me at night and charge it farther away, and maybe I just don’t need to have it near my side all the time.
Also, I don’t know what, below you’re referring to there’s a comment above that talks about organic food but there’s no come out below yours. Maybe there’s a comment below my comment that you’re referring to that maybe makes more sense.
I’m doing voice to text so forgive bad spelling.

Holy moly that sounds like torture, really sorry to hear.
Definitely move the phone away, out of the room ideally, also your account about the TV confirms a suspicion of mine. That's to me anyway an explanation as to why people seem docile and also agitated at times. haven't had a TV in 12 years, and when I am near the bigger and bigger screens I can feel it's energy, it sucks ya in, literally!
For my phone I use a stylus pen as I hate the feeling touching the screen. It does use your bio energy to operate. Put it to the test with a stylus, most of the shaft is metal, so it still uses your energy!
Last not least, wear and place Quartz crystals on and around you, and stand/walk on the ground barefoot! This grounding has been measured and the difference is incredibly strong. Tell your Mum about this! All the best❣️🤗

Hi, new subscriber here. Thank you so much for posting this. I have some questions:
How would this apply to someone with a retinal detachment and AMD? My mom is ill and elderly and it's very difficult to convince her to get up and go out even on the porch until later in the day if at all. However she has a retinal detachment and AMD. She is legally blind. So everything is very dark to her. She can see some things with very bright light - an LED close to the page -although that ability is diminishing.
The house, and her room specifically, don't get much natural light and we are working on solutions for that.
How would this apply to her? Is there an affordable solution for a full spectrum light maybe that could go in her room?
    Thank you

I’m trying to keep my body optimized since I was exposed to soooo many toxins and lots of my buddies have passed from crazy cancers. Sitting in a room with lots of TV’s and allegedly this cube resets your electrical system in your body? Your thoughts. And does red light therapy have an effect on our reproductive systems which is my wife’s question after menopause? They make gynecological sticks that are for women. Sorry kind of private question

With RESPIRE, we cut down the original multi-hour podcasts to the essential points and heavily edit it to avoid copyright issues. Original content owners can still make copyright claims, but in our case we have disputed every claim and won. Equals Three, LLC v.
