The single seat is a bummer. It’s not a huge issue for most people and I totally get that these are “just toys”, but having Keaton stare at that black line down the middle of the windshield just doesn’t work for me 😅
I'm sure others have mentioned it, but Batman v Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was a loving tribute to both, and arguably the best crossover ever. If you haven't seen it, don't walk, run... to whatever streaming platform you can find it.
This batmobile looks sooo much better than the first release, but it's still not perfect. The canopy isn't shaped right. The windows are still too big and slanted too much. The cockpit windows on the actual car are more narrow and the car looks even more aggressive because of it.
I don't have it in hand but I do think the color of The Flash Batmobile is pretty cool. I like the shinny finish. The canopy color of course is unforgivable.

Jazzinc is already making one coming out early next year and I pre-ordered mine already plus they are making the 1995 Batman forever batmobile also which looks incredible. Hot toys is also making the 1/6 scale 1989 batmobile and it's up for pre-order on sideshow collectibles.

I let go of my flash version as soon as I ordered this. I dig it a lot more for sure. And the figure is actually better than I was expecting. At the price I think it’s a win. Hope they put them out again for those who missed out.
The Van is from Underground Arsenal, 3rd party company. Highly recommended. I have one and it’s awesome. Huge scale! I missed the Batmobile 89 too, I have the grey canopy but I’ll probably paint it.
Something about the head makes it look more like Clooney. The Flash Batman figure looks like it has a slightly thicker neck, which helps to give more of the shape of the one piece cowl. The outside, embossed part of the emblem should be black as well and the little vile holder things on the belt need to be moved in slightly closer to the middle.
McFarlane really keeps things affordable. 80 bucks for a Batmobile and a ‘89 Batman isn’t bad for 2023. The McFarlane figures generally have good articulation.
I always thought the 89 Batmobile was flat black, and the 92 Batmobile leaned more towards the glossy side while still having a bit of a satin finish. So I always like the 89 Batmobile better. I believe that car is actually in the Petersen automotive museum.
I managed to get one on US Amazon from the UK so fingers crossed with shipping & stuff. But I already have the Medicom Mafex '89 Batman so will be displaying that figure with this Batmobile
There was a board game made by IDW they was ninja turtles then they released another with the same rules system for BTAS, so you can interchange turtles and Batman characters in different scenarios.
Well I missed both options, as not once have any of the stores in my area had it stocked, so I'll offer to take the first grey canopy version for your money plus shipping...
Is the figure that comes whith it in scale with the vehicle? The figure seems a little to big for it, the mezco figure looks much better next to the batmobile

Toddddd - I want a Batmissile - and an Arrowcar - oooh oooh and a Fiddlermobile (Flash Of Two Worlds) - and then get Marvel's license so we can get a Red Skull First Avenger car - the one that Tommy Lee stole from him at the end.
I'm not completely blown away by his toys. He's not like the GDL or Toy Anxiety folks with their giant Hot Toys vehicles and Mondo collections. I am blown away that he can afford to live in L.A. and has space for his toys. The toys are probably a few grand a year. A house in L.A. big enough to hold them probably RENTS for two or three times a month what Hatter spends on toys in a year. And you can resell old toys to buy new toys but you never get rent money back. (I guess you do get mortgage money back if you sell but the toys are probably a better investment.)

there is an aftermarket canope replacement coming out that fixes it.

It’s the same gray canopy on both. The matte spray blends it better but it’s the same car but one has clear matte spray paint over it.

The box alone makes it better than the flash version and worth the second purchase.
I like the Mezco but with the suit I’d be too afraid. Can’t wait to get my Batmobile and sell the first one. I never even opened it.
