Rob Halford is the greatest rock frontman of all timr. Bar none. He can do it all. Beautiful quiet ballads, he can belt with power, he has insane upper register and can scream luke no other. And he's been doing it for decades. Into his seventies now and still going. Truly the GOAT.
I saw JP sing this in San Antonio back in 1978, as a warm up group for Foghat. Absolutely blew us all away, so much that many started to leave when Foghat came out, they could not top what we all just witnessed!
Love that you did a reaction to a classic live version of this and contrast it with this more contemporary rendition. Shows how Judas Priest is consistently brilliant. Never out of form.
I had always thought that Glen had the slight bit of extra favour as the band's hotter lead player but K.K. was simply off the charts in his performance here. Absolutely on fire. 🔥 🔥 🔥
Rob Halford black metal phase into his more mature style. He has that agression. KK having the abrasive and going off and stuff. That show is great, for the whole band, its organic, heavy, emotional...raw, dark..
You guys need to react to the 2005 version of Victim of changes from the Rising in the east Japan concert. It was one of the first concerts with Rob back in the band and his screams in that are freaking awesome.
Rob pacing back and forth like a caged beast. What KK does to that guitar is illegal in 39 states. Now you see why we "old" people talk so much trash about todays "music".
Judas Priest live Diamonds and Rust is amazing. And the official video for Painkiller is too if you haven't reacted to it yet.Rob Halford is THE metal god.
That, my friends, is metal in its purest form.

Truly the GOAT.
Yup...how himself and Dio didn't lose much of their voices over the years is insane.
What's crazy is that he's in his 70s and STILL hitting insane highs.
@@drew65sepLOL Old nonsense lyrics Dio is not fit to lace Rob Halford's boots 🤣
My absolute favorite from Judas Priest. (Sad Wings of Destiny my favourite album also) - EPIC.

Damn bro, I saw them in 80, British Steel tour, Del Leopard opened up for them,at the Old Hemisphere Arena,gd times
I saw em on that tour too...Foghat shoulda been the warm up band.
Now all we need is someone to request the Unleashed in the East version and it'll be their 4th reaction to this song haha
Internet is full of great Live Priest....This one at Hard Rock is the best!!!
Good sound & picture quality. Now,as I wrote,do You ve got another thing comin, from this Concert.

The original gutair GODS. KK DOWNING AND GLENN TIPTON 😊😊😊
Would you wear the shirt Glenn is wearing?
MORE MAIDEN PLEASE!!!
Would have been better to see this song back before Halford lost his range and didnt sound so raspy on the highs. But still a good reaction :)

I may draw heat for this. Personally, I prefer when Tim "Ripper" Owens performs this. This is still a very good performance, don't get me wrong!
