How To Collaborate Or Co-Author Power BI Dataflows | Learn To Share Dataflows

While I'm a massive fan of Power BI Dataflows, I also see a few missed opportunities. Or I should rather say things that could or should work without any additional effort.
One of these things is the co-authoring experience of Power BI Dataflows. To be absolutely honest, it's a non-existing feature - or at least not an out-of-the-box feature.
So I thought I share my ways of managing collaboration within teams or just in general sharing Power BI Dataflows or Power Query Online logic with others.

Do you update the credentials every time? For all dataflows? I mean it's doable for sure - but I cannot wait for a better experience
