This guy needs some proper financial guidance. You can't buy a takkie for 30k. Power of compounding in real estate, 30k becomes 1m in less than 1 year and 150k becomes 5m in 3 years. You have Maphorisa spending R100k on rent per month. Guys are playing with money, come when they 50 years, they will die as paupers. Coming from a poor background should be the reason why you should save and invest more.
