Josh Filler is a truly great player and all respect to him - I still think calling him "one of the best to ever hold a cue" is a stretch too far - IMO Josh isn't old enough yet to hold that rare distinction.
@@dnbmania qualify as a champion among champions, not trying to diminish his accomplishments or talent in any way but there are many greats over the years - I just don't think Josh has been around long enough to get on the GOAT list, despite his talent and accomplishments in the game.
Time in the game means little. Results determine greatness. Any doubts, when you saw Tyson fight at 19 years old, did he need more time in the game, or did his results speak for themselves? Bruce Lee, Elvis, Mike Jackson, Mike Jordan were all obviously great at the beginning of their career.
Well, if I had to pick one player in the history of the game to win a race to 20, 50, 100, whatever, I am definitely not picking anyone who played in the 80s or 90s, and that includes Strickland or Reyes. Even though I may not care for the guy, I'm going with Filler. Don't get me wrong, the players of past eras were great, however the players today are much better.
@@warrenaubut7533 I definitely agree that the players in this generation - meaning rotation players - are on the whole better players then those of the last, Earl, Buddy Hall, and that group of greats. The game (of nineball) has evolved quite a bit since then and the top players today, like Filler, have it pretty much mastered to a degree that wan't so much the case 20 years ago. A lot of this I think should be credited to Efren and the other Filipinos though, who really did teach us all a new style and way of playing the game that I think everyone in the game today has built upon. I'm as much an Efren fan as any other player and even if there are others now who "play better" than Efren, I think he can still claim the title of the GOAT for the time being. Maybe Filler will ultimately unseat Efren in that title, but I think it'll still be awhile before he has the career history to be able to do that.
@@bofbof2879they are also complaining about his racking. I can understand that on some tables it is really difficult or almost impossible. But, they should have it worked out.
Not sure which was more frustrating. The referee that doesn't know the rules of the game or the announcers that guess, misspeak, call flukes that were calculated, saying you can't jump because of distance to the four but in actuality the knuckle prevented the jump, calling a cueball 1" from the rail frozen, etc Just awful commentary. Fire all three.
predator aerorack is a waste of time and a money grab. You see issues with the rack in most predator events, 8 ball, 10 ball, 9 ball even. You can even watch Gorst play a safety break in an 8 ball WPA Predator event
Jasmin always impressed me with her great sportsmanship. Pia has too . They're a joy to watch . 💕
The commentaries here are very entertaining tonight folks!!😊😊😊😊
Great match.
Well they ALL have to play each other at some point ! Just love watching them play 😊
The battle of the beauties.
Painful to see this referee just fumble around.
What do you expect? It’s WPA.
He is doing his best. Some cloths make this difficult. I would of used the plastic template racks. The balls are always tight.
GOOD LUCK !❤❤❤❤
Filler being a big baby as usual
you have a perfectly good angle directly to the center of the table. USE IT. why switch to the side-table angle for every shot???
Half of this video is just the ref floundering with the rack. Get a template already!
Bad advertisement for either the rack or cloth. But i do want that tool they used
Come on Jasmine!!😊😊
The commentators always seemed to play perfect pool as long as they're the ones sitting there LOL
Two of the most beautiful women.
Joshua Filler one lucky dude.

Multiple world champion in individual 8&9 ball as well as multiple world champion in team events must qualify surely

Said her body moved..... she was dead still only moving her arm and got position.... she just missed which was a tough shot
And how dare he call Jasmine ouschan's golden break a fluke?
This ref needs to be fired.
What did he do?😂😂😂😂

He's got a lot of learning to do, to be nice. But it was awful to watch and the dumb as paint announcers need fired.
❤️PF.
Allison Fisher is the greatest female pool player of all time.
Go Go J.O. ! 😉
Jamais vu un arbitre prendre autant de temps pour faire un rack ouf 😮
Those girls put a steering wheel on that cueball, guys!!😅😅😅😅
nehmt doch das Magic Ball Rack!!!
Si editará el video, fuera un éxito yo soy amante al billar, pero una hora o más es demasiado, ojo es una recomendación más no una critica
I could listen to these girls talk all night, my goodness.
Its a taste thing, so dont take me to serious....but I feel the music choices are very weird.
that Predator rack has bad geometry. They're a nightmare in the other games as well.
😳 WOW! A worthless $100 rack!

my girl jazz beat up on fairy filler
😊❤
what kind of amateur is this ref
11:14 😍
why not speed rack? if anything this makes me not want a predator rack
Time to take the referee to the train station.
This is horrible compared to matchroom pool
Night and day

Wasn’t Pia’s night…
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
wat a drama balls racking
Pia can’t hang with the top players
Too much talk-talk.
