I'm undecided about this T. rex, the sculpture is wonderful, the paint on the head is VERY GOOD, the eyes and around the eyes are great, but the paint on the body... Especially the stripes on the back and the polka dots on the belly... It is VERY poorly painted. Anyway, it's a beautiful piece from Nanmu, although the paint quality is a little lower than their standard, I'll definitely get one, but I'm undecided between the brown and the green

It’s a really nice statue. I just can’t get with Nanmu’s sculpts and paint. While this is their best Rex sculpt yet in my opinion, the paint in and around the eyes is off. Also, something about the teeth and scales around the mouth is off. It doesn’t seem like they referenced the animatronic OR the cg model. But for the price, I can’t deny this is still a great JP rex model, in all its colors.

I think they have adjusted the scale from 1/35 to 1/30 after the very first Trex

I love nanmu. Currently own 6 of their statues however, when it comes to the paintjob of a brown female rex, why is it always so, lacking? The head looks great. Detailing on point, but it looks when it gets to the body, alot of the detail is lost. I love nanmu but the striping on the back looks poorly done. Kinda a disappointment. Especially coming from nanmu. Its not blended into the rest of the colors like with the bull rex. Looks like they just slapped the brown rex's stripes on & called it a day. 10/10 sculpt however the color scheme could have been done alot better. Its giving me ''Slideshow'' collectable vibes. Where the sculpt is brilliant but the paintjob is poor.
Gaia did a lot better when comparing to this rex
Wich one is the best ? The original Alpha version or this new one ? And where did you bought it ?
The Alpha one is much muscular, but this one has the best pose. I got it from a local toy store

The paint on the Trex looks awful....is it the lighting affected or Nanmu has regressed?
It’s already better than it’s third color, luckily I didn’t buy that color
