New “Power Twister like flexible bar” and using lighter power twisters to walk and exercise

I have a old model from the 1980 called the Power Twister and a Bullworker X5
I didn't know they had so many levels because they only had heavy and light back when I got the one I have. But they do build power and strength.
I also use the power bands made of rubber they are good for high reps. 💪
