This interview is biased abd based on opinion and lack of experience. This guy did not identify his credentials and he is not a federal prosecutor, case maker, or investigator. Therefore, he can not say what will and will not be useful to an investigator. At most he can say is “in my opinion or experience”. To this point we do not even know extensive is his experience with federal cases dealing with the safety valve actually is. Plus he said the instances where he did deal with the safety valve his clients were mules with limited information of the organization. This is not the same for Bleu Devinci that knows most of the parties involved. That “lawyer’s” interview was unless. I hope you did not pay for the interview.
First we purposely left out his credentials so he wouldn’t be identified. Second anyone who is eligible for a safety valve is not in a leadership role in the conspiracy.
