The shift on Nov 24th set into motion a spiritual practice I have wanted but could not commit to. Now it comes naturally to wake the same time and meditate for 10 minutes, and I added the midday every day meditation we started on Sundays.
If you can do that then you could receive spiritual enlightment every month. Scripture is not literal, its allegoric. For example solomons temple isn't about a physical temple but your brain. There's a reason the sides if our head are called temples. Our spiritual antenna if you will is located inside the head right between the temples called the pineal gland. The land of milk and honey is also in the brain, pituitary gland produces a white substance and the pineal golden melatonin. Each month we can resurrect the mind or crucify it. Every month when the moon is in your sun sign(zodiac) a seed we call the christ seed is released from the claustrum in the brain and travels to the bottom of the spine the solar plexus and rises thru your cerebral spinal fluid and if the body is clean from drugs alcohol etc and you meditate the oil his both glands producing enlightment peace euphoria like no drug can give you. If your unclean it will crucify and pass with your waste and you're none the wiser. Also where the story of santa comes from. Much deeper meaning than ppl realize but with meditation you get more understanding, the answers absolutely will come to you.

Last evening there was a gratitude dinner with a group of friends. One person has been volunteering with hurricane Helene recovery groups. We talked about how folks in Appalachia are supporting and helping. Wee talked how the best of humanity has come forth from all over. Plus, a friend and I healed a rift because she was opposed to my political views and had removed me from her lists. It is the long time friendship that is important. The floods in America and the way they are being handled by authorities reminds me SO much of Cyclone Gabrielle here in NZ in Feb 2023. The Army were not called in to help people(as in previous disasters), the Navy frigate was bringing much needed supplies for an area with no water, no power, no Wifi, no roads no communication with the outside world for days When it reached Gisborne it was not allowed to offload water supplies as it was not ‘licenced’as a water carrier!!! No able-bodied soldiers were deployed BUT people appeared from nowhere, came over impassable roads somehow to help. Workgangs just seemed to organise themselves, food appeared along with workers trying to prepare it in the devastating mud conditions. No help from Govt. Red Croassand Mayoral appeals were launched and well supported. We still are waiting for those funds to be dished out. I think New Zealand is often used as the Petri dish of ideas from the Elite🥲

@ I am familiar with the types of dreams that you speak of. Dreams that haunt and remove from our rest. My heart reaches to you my friend, may you heal your wounds. When we become too critical of the syntax of the message we run the risk of failing to see the wisdom that is held within. Pam is simply helping others to see that our dreams hold incredible insight into our subconscious body. In dreams we are nearer the other realms and here we can receive guidance on how to heal ourselves, next steps to take etc. Spirit will speak to you through dreams. When we wake, remembrance of that guidance fades quickly as the conscious mind takes control. She is simply asking you to record that guidance before it fades. Being 80% fire and for those of us whose energy is very intense, grounding is essential yet sometimes even that doesn't work and the body/skin seems to be on fire/itches. I brush my skin. And this brings the energy into a stable place. Lavander essence sprinkle on the pillow also helps. Us with greater fire have a responsibility to bring Balance Now.❤ Yes there are times ahead which will complete in the closing of the sandwich after Aug 2027. So listen to music that brings us into Balance, walk bear footed all that brings us to that space. And of course laugh it off.. fire can turn into anger so quickly.. hahahaha

Last evening there was a gratitude dinner with a group of friends. One person has been volunteering with hurricane Helene recovery groups. We talked about how folks in Appalachia are supporting and helping. Wee talked how the best of humanity has come forth from all over. Plus, a friend and I healed a rift because she was opposed to my political views and had removed me from her lists. It is the long time friendship that is important. It is a beautiful example of coming to unconditional love. Blessings and love to you.

The floods in America and the way they are being handled by authorities reminds me SO much of Cyclone Gabrielle here in NZ in Feb 2023. The Army were not called in to help people(as in previous disasters), the Navy frigate was bringing much needed supplies for an area with no water, no power, no Wifi, no roads no communication with the outside world for days When it reached Gisborne it was not allowed to offload water supplies as it was not ‘licenced’as a water carrier!!! No able-bodied soldiers were deployed BUT people appeared from nowhere, came over impassable roads somehow to help. Workgangs just seemed to organise themselves, food appeared along with workers trying to prepare it in the devastating mud conditions. No help from Govt. Red Croassand Mayoral appeals were launched and well supported. We still are waiting for those funds to be dished out. I think New Zealand is often used as the Petri dish of ideas from the Elite🥲

@ I am familiar with the types of dreams that you speak of. Dreams that haunt and remove from our rest. My heart reaches to you my friend, may you heal your wounds.
When we become too critical of the syntax of the message we run the risk of failing to see the wisdom that is held within.
Pam is simply helping others to see that our dreams hold incredible insight into our subconscious body. In dreams we are nearer the other realms and here we can receive guidance on how to heal ourselves, next steps to take etc. Spirit will speak to you through dreams. When we wake, remembrance of that guidance fades quickly as the conscious mind takes control. She is simply asking you to record that guidance before it fades.

Being 80% fire and for those of us whose energy is very intense, grounding is essential yet sometimes even that doesn't work and the body/skin seems to be on fire/itches. I brush my skin. And this brings the energy into a stable place. Lavander essence sprinkle on the pillow also helps. Us with greater fire have a responsibility to bring Balance Now.❤ Yes there are times ahead which will complete in the closing of the sandwich after Aug 2027. So listen to music that brings us into Balance, walk bear footed all that brings us to that space. And of course laugh it off.. fire can turn into anger so quickly.. hahahaha
