The plaintiff and defendant used to be in a band together. The plaintiff claims the defendant got them permanently banned from a club after trying to pass out LSD that he disguised as candy. He’s suing for breach of contract. The defendant argues he planned on telling the audience that the candy had drugs in it. He denies owing the plaintiff.
