Paul, you nailed it for my life. I’m 70 and suffered too much trauma as a child, I watched my mom die from self inflicted trauma when I was 14, and two years lost my father he was driving drunk and died. Lived in a neglected and abusive environment with two alcoholic parents. I can detach as you describe. I’ve had 8 years of therapy that helped, but most all my progress I’ve made in my life has come from this stoic yet open hearted approach. I hold thing close and raised four wondrous children and have two beautiful grandchildren. Despite my life experiences, how difficult it has been and done most of life alone internally, I’ve held my authenticity.
I’m am empath and have several other gifts. I’ve been working hard to cultivate Who I am and use my gifts for the good.
Oh yes I do crash at times as you describe but those moments are becoming Less.

I can't stop listening to you Paul. Am relatively new to Tarot and your channel and at first I thought 'how much new can come in a two weekly reading', but how wrong I was. Everything you convey is usually spot on and particularly today it was literally word for word applicable. A big thank you for doing this reading despite feeling purely. Paul, i don’t know what symptoms you have but i was on and off sick from November to February it just kept moving from my throat to my lungs and back. I got both flus pneumonia and covid in that time period. I did antibiotics and cold meds. Nothing knocked it out until i started using allergy medicine. After a week of using flonase my drainage was gone for good. After four months the nightmare was finally over thanks to Flonase and Claritin. Allergens are outrageously high this year

Great reading Paul. I am starting to progress forward, and not without the ups and downs you mentioned, and although a natural part of life, the unexpected sometimes throws me off. Yes, the Devil card resonates for sure. Perhaps the mystery card could be either Temperance or a 'cup' card reminding us to stay the course with heart and soul. Or it could be 6 of Pentacles...equal give and take in our areas of life. Whatever the mystery card, I always appreciate your counsel.

Sir Paul, thank you for this reading. Greatly appreciated w/ much Gratitude 🙏... As a fellow Solar Cancerian and nurse, may I recommend an alternative ole remedy? Gargling with Warm Salty Water (make it Really "Salty" approximately 1/2-1 inch of salt in the bottom of the glass) then add the warm H2O. Do this every 4-6 hours. It will not only kill the Bacteria at the back of the throat, but will kinda Micro abrasion the tonsils the filter back there. Every 4-6 hours or more, every 3-4 hours. Being Super Dicepline & Doing that faithfully for 24 hours you'll see a major difference... Following with a throat spray (either for sore throats or an alternative homeopathic throat spray) Please faithfully for 24 hours... then of course every day afterwards 3 times a day for a few days then twice a day for a few days. then do every time you brush your teeth... Never Stop Doing This & you'll keep your immune system for the throat area Clean & Protected from Any Bacteria & Viruses from taking a hold in that area! But it Must become a Ritual from now on! PREVENTION that's all... If you have the Time, grade some ginger root about a Teaspoon full and make a hot tea & sweeten as preferred and drink after the gargling and throughout the day/evening. It will sooth your throat and work as an adaptogen for your system... Hate to say it but my siblings can be the worst. So much jealousy. As the "baby" of the family...im the one everything gets placed on. Inclusing caring for our parents. We lost my sweet mama in October. A couple of them did NOTHING and one deserted her. Never attended funeral. She was an incredible mom. And now my father has broken spine and had stroke...so much. Same. They avoid and a brother and I are the only ones standing in the trenches helping😢 anything i do for them is never good enough in their eyes
