Those that adopt automation earlier will have an advantage over competitors as the lower costs basis per unit output will be boost margins greatly. Investing or speculating in these after a thorough analysis should produce outsized returns. Or turning this very idea or approach to investing and establishing a newsletter for other investors to subscribe to for a small fee. This I find a bit daunting because you mentioned RUclips in the video as a primary source for reaching the audience and attracting some of those over. If I had enough firepower to invest on my own, an investment fund would be ideal - to ultimately attract partners with even more fire power to execute with scale and sufficient diversification, but this will require a track record, which at the time hasn't been proven. I'm thinking out loud. Lol. Something will click, because this is a huge opportunity.

One huge thing to be careful about with AI - copyright issues. You need to be careful that any AI-generated content you use does not violate copyright law, which will require not merely understanding current copyright law but also keeping updated with changes. Current copyright laws were not designed in anticipation of AI-generated content, and it would be no surprise if these laws change in the coming years. Be very careful to not set up a business that can be destroyed by a lawsuit down the road.
If you're advising businesses or consumers how to implement AI, as the video recommends, this would be a word of advice you'd provide along with the shovel. It would be the clients who generate the content and need to be aware of copyright issues.

Since he's a Lean Optimized Cost-Effectiveness guy, I'm assuming he jumped off the roof with a balsa wood hang glider he built for $5.99 and just smoothly soared on down.
I've already integrated AI into the software I use for Industrial Automation. It checks the python code that was written and can modify it by adding a docstring, comments, and even restructure the code to be more efficient. My future plans is to have it analyze data coming from the automation system and even suggest (or act) on the data. Imagine...an operator or mechanic in a manufacturing plant gets a notification from the SCADA system that a sensor has faulted. They go to that sensor and open up a SCADA client on their tablet. They aren't sure what to troubleshoot first so they ask the embedded AI what to do for that specific make/model of the sensor and then the AI walks them through the steps. That functionality would replace Electronic Work Instructions or having to embed PDF's into the SCADA for proper testing/troubleshooting/maintenance. The AI could even be integrated to the point of creating POs for parts or suggesting a different part that might be better suited. Another idea I had was to have the AI tune PID loops - it's much more intelligent than those Excel spreadsheets. You are right, this industry will be amazing.

More life less work :) But this AI stuff is neat...which is why I'm seeing how far I can push it's capabilities within my profession. Google, Twitter, and RUclips are great places to learn more about what's happening in the AI space. Find some niche newsletters and subscribe. (That's what I've done to stay on top of things).
Absolutely you can do it with no knowledge of coding or management. It would be a lot easier if you understood business, but if you're just starting out, I'd focus on a particular substack of a business (marketing, operations, finance). Expertise definitely helps.

Find the manual pain point and automate it away for fifty or five hundred bucks. With a foot in the door as a trusted resource you could then introduce a bigger Lean AI consultancy for a finder's fee, or white labeling their expertise on the back end of your pitches and client management.

AI integration sounds incredibly complicated to me. I know you can create articles and images but i don't know how to use ut to improve business systems or personal productivity. 🤔

From there, I'd either structure it on a sliding scale based on how much I can save the company (after auditing their systems) or create a flat fee for integrating a specific system (like $5,000 to integrate a couple tools that the marketing team could use to record, edit, and distribute podcasts more easily (for example)).

And I allowed my personal feelings to be made public without more elaboration. My dislike is very personal and it's just about the timing and volume in which it would come in. It just made me feel like a failure, day after day. I could never keep up with the read.
That proves an opportunity for a better newsletter that people love and want to save every issue because it's so full of powerful, useful great information!

You wouldn't be a subject matter expert, but you might be a catalyst to bring a team together and be an advocate for what clients need to learn.

@@AnthonyVicino I'm sorry, I think I was generally blowing some steam regarding the vast number of emails we need to conquer on a daily basis. And I allowed my personal feelings to be made public without more elaboration. My dislike is very personal and it's just about the timing and volume in which it would come in. It just made me feel like a failure, day after day. I could never keep up with the read.
That proves an opportunity for a better newsletter that people love and want to save every issue because it's so full of powerful, useful great information!
