LED Traffic Lights Will Save City Millions

The city of Orlando launched a new program on Monday that is intended to save taxpayers millions of dollars while also saving energy.
The proposal could also deliver improved safety for motorists.
The program will replace the ordinary bulbs in traffic lights with new LED lights.
