Thank you! The skimmer is not too bad, It has unions on the input and output plumbing and there is a drain at the base of the skimmer to drain for cleaning.

Very nice setup! Those lights provide amazing spread! Thanks for sharing! Sorry about the loss of your pup. I lost mine quite a few years ago after it was attacked by an aggressive pit bull. The dogs owners were very irresponsible and complete scum, which led to the their dog getting into my yard and attacking mine before I could even react. This has saddened me to the point where I no longer want another dog. I love that you dedicated the tank to your furry friend. Happy reefing!!
Yes. I use Brightwell Aquatics NeoMarine. Most of my tanks get water changes every 10 days. 10-15%. The tank featured in this video is more random. I'd say once every 4-6 weeks. More often if nutrients start rising.
I don't really feed my zoa's directly. Once a week I target feed my Dendros and my torches so they may get a little when the flow comes back on. I use CoralFrenzy probiotic formula or Brightwell XStream color and I mix in Brightwell coral aminos.
@@jessebreyer709 Reef Roids is a good product. You can either target feed or broadcast feed it to your corals. The only thing to watch with Reef Roids is you nutrient levels. It will cause mainly high Phosphate if you use it too much.

It didn't really seem to have that much impact on my corals, so I just dosed Brightwell MBClean and MB7 almost daily for a couple of months and they just slowly faded away. Once in a while I would stir up the sand or turkey baste it to release them from the sandbed into the filter socks. I just waited it out for the most part.

What camera did you use to shoot this? You said switching over to pro mode. Interested in learning more about that. Made a huge difference
I use my phone. Samsung Note 20 ultra. It has a pro mode so you can adjust the white balance, speed, etc... to filter out the blue light.
You should keep making videos. I wish i had money to buy equipment i really want.

What kind of flow setting do you run
My Panta Rhei changes patterns throughout the day at 80%, 4K Gyre at 100% SPS mode with the Wave Engine and a MP60 on 100% Reefcrest mode.
