Actually no, Orange Israel (now Partner) is GSM-only, so Telecom Australia (now Telstra). Telstra used to have a CDMA network until it shut down in 2008 to make way for the Next G Network, the fastest 3G WCDMA/UMTS network in Australia in 2007, 4 years before Telecom NZ/Spark (which had the SCH-X609 and SCH-W531 phones) shut down its CDMA networks entirely in favour of 3G WCDMA/UMTS, and 1 year before Pelephone Israel stopped selling CDMA phones altogether to make way for 3G WCDMA/UMTS phones. And the keyboard layout in this phone is not Hebrew at all, since this phone came from Australia.
