Alright because warhammer 40k got brought up again, I got a story to share that I believe I heard from an old co-worker. While playing the mini tabletop game, his cat would occasionally jump up on the table and lay down. From that point on, the cat was considered an indestructible leviathan creature native to that world that you can't shoot through and must move your armies around. If you wished to move the cat, you had to attack the cat and poke it, which often results in the cat flailing about and knocking down figures before jumping off the table. Any figure knocked down were considered dead and removed from the game. Just a neat house rule with a high risk/reward for poking the fluffy giant.
Ira is pretty exciting for CC, I do hope they bring a CF version that's easier to get than showing up to a specific event, but at least she should be attainable in RF and maybe they will make her a Armory Deck so everyone can get her easily.
I watched a video where someone converted an army to be all grots in 40k. I’m sure that would be super expensive, but that’s how I’d want to play. It was grots made out of Astra Militarum. Being able to basically transmog something to be all Goblins which I could be passionate about is so cool!
How is view count calculated? Cause i often listen in my car with the youtube video (phone locked, not watching and driving haha) so usually end up closing and opening the video 5-6 times through the week to and from work. So idk if it counts me as 1 view or if it thinks its been viewed an additional 5 or 6 times
I don't think anything functionally unique should be available at all at these events, even just timed exclusives. Sell all the alt arts, t-shirts, playmats etc. But game pieces should be available to everyone who plays the game. Yu-Gi-Oh! made this mistake with Mechanicalchaser in 2005, I'd hate to see LSS repeat it 20 years later.
Agreed. Many people don't get to go abroad at all and absolutely can't justify doing so to go and play card games instead of spending time with their families lol
