When I make these using the same colors on nikeid the colors look lighter, will it look the same as the shoe in this video when I receive them. (it's the ones with the yellow, blue, black, and white colors.)
It's not newer don't listen to him.... The 3.0 soles are more minimal with a heel-toe drop nearer to 4mm, which isn't a zero drop for true barefoot running feel, but it's close. I have the Free Run 2 and they are great transition shoes from support to minimal. Eventually however with the thick heel, you'll want to move to the next step, which in this case are the 3.0 soles. Also check out the Saucony Kinvara 2. Great running shoes, maybe better than either Nikes from my experience.
