Never have i heard a man speak more on the hearts of others that he cannot see than this man. I do love Paul Washer, but its beyond aparent that his own pains in his story of striving to earn God’s favor without understanding grace has always impacted his preaching. The gatekeeping of the faith and holiness that he nor any man couldnt ever earn within their own folly works. He cant see the fruit and hearts of those he speaks about, and because of the insanity of American evangelism it has become a stumbling block to suggest he can see the heart of anyone.
If anyone possibly see’s salvation in the scene of Jesus crucified, its God Himself that has drawn that person to Him. Because to the world, Christ crucified is the last place one would think salvation comes from. And if someone claiming Christ crucified for salvation is being judged by a man like Paul Washer, he will certainly devalue that.
