Raad, you’re the best! You have made our home buying experience a wonderful memory. We couldn’t imagine making this big decision without you as our boots on the ground and constant communication/ updates. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!!
I live in Florida but I was just visiting New Braunfels and San Antonio last week. It was almost 100° and I feel better there then I do hear in South Florida with lower 90s. I would consider to dry heat compared to here. Maybe in the morning it's a little humid but when it gets really hot it dissipates. I can't wait to be part of the community!
Nice neighborhood, would like a neighborhood with no HOA, but I know that is hard to find, OK with small amount HOA if can’t find one with no HOA, just hubby and I, maybe around more older people mid 40’s to 70’s, just don’t want to be in neighborhood with loud music or a bunch of young people unless they are nice and quiet
I'm a 100% Disabled Veteran. The property tax forgiveness makes Texas affordable for us. Our benefits are tax free and otherwise a huge part would be spent on housing costs.
Great information. Thanks so much. I'm not laughing-I'm looking to get out of a mega mammoth city, Houston, for exactly what you are describing has happened to NB. I grew up in Texas and can't help but say it...with all the migration here the place is just not a cool place to be anymore.
@@jacquelinewilliams6131 thanks for that. there’s many other things to consider when you’re thinking about this move. Where in NB. What you guys like, etc. I do consults by phone only. If you’re serious about your move, call, text or shoot me an email. It’s in the description. Thanks
It's Texas. That's very common there. I'm not saying it's great, but if you get wound up about stuff like that, maybe leave Texas alone. For your own sanity. 'Regular' Texans from small- to medium-sized towns are typically very, very conservative. They're just as offended about 'alternative' lifestyles as you are offended by their conservatism.

Thank you Ron! How’d the graduation go?

Colby you’re 💯 in the am humid but then it falls off to 20-39% rest of day
Wonderful video, agree 100% with everything you said
I am a New Braunfels native. New Braunfels WAS great and awsome, now there are too many people living here that have changed our local ways of living.
I was thinking the traffic on the road and at the store was merely due to tourists. There's a lot more people in Texas and this is a destination.
have you see it when tourists go home and school is back in session?
Would you recommend other cities like New Marco, Seguin, Shertz or you just know New Braunfels
It depends what you’re looking for in an area.

Happy you’re able to use that benefit. Thanks for your feedback John
I'm debating between New Braunfels or San Marcos. What qualities do each town have?
San Marcos is a college town
Hi again, how about a tour of the new 2 story HEB... 🤓

It’s defiantly more contested here but it’s still a cool place to live for the reasons I highlight in the video
If I could transfer my job I would move there in a heart beat love the people
People are great here. Friendly, trusting
Cons gonna run out of drinking water already some water supply company's are saying no
?
What are some neighborhoods we should check out while there in Sept
It depends on your criteria
4 bedrooms, 2/3 bathrooms nice covered back porch, a nice size back yard trying to stay under $400K, just hubby and I

The people that live at the Guadalupe River are pretty mean!
I am looking for something in nb. Can we talk soon
sure. you can reach me on my cell, it's in the description
I just saw a video of a blatant homophobe at their city council meeting giving a long homophobic rant that actually ended in prayer. Lol.
