Hi Patti Love your WIPS - they are very pretty. I have a good close friend and her husband that has that problem with their Garage Door a few times too. It was the Sensor that caused their problem - it either would not go up all the way or it would not go down all the way. If the Sun hits that Sensor than the Garage Door will not work right.
